Went through the drive thru and paid with a gift card. The rude cashier said there is nothing left on the gift card. Relayed there was plenty. Told her to plug in the numbers. She refused to do it and insisted no money left in it. Finally a male co-worker plugged in the numbers and it worked- with plenty of “money” left on it. Next day I told my husband if he goes thru the drive thru to tell them they need to plug in the numbers. So hubby goes thru the drive thru and the rude cashier insists there is no money on the card (note: we have the receipt that shows the balance) Cashier refuses to plug in the numbers. My husband insists on her plugging it in and she still won’t do it. We will not be going to this Duncan any more. Only wish I had read the reviews prior. No one deserves such nasty customer service: Stay away!!!!!!

Came by for sandwich, went through drive through around 5:30pm, staff person said over speakerthat they only make donuts on Wednesday, it's Thursday, today. Is this a joke? Called later around 6:30pm, caled 3 times, phone just rang and rang, no answer. Had visited another location on Mt. Ephraim Ave. around 6pm. Flags said we're open; and, Dunkin was locked up, not a person to provide service to be seen. Strange, disappointing behavior by Dunkin! Won't be by anytime soon. Thanks anyway!!

Morning workers, especially lady at drive thru, are so rude. They lost my debit card in a matter of 3 seconds before, which i don’t understand how that happens, at all. They told me to calm down, but how can i calm down when they lost my debit card? Also, a person in front of me in the drive thru did not pay for their stuff, and when i went up to the window they tried telling me i was responsible for his payment. That is not my issue. i’ve never seen such a rude staff in my life. I pass this dunkin on my way to work so it’s most convenient to stop at, but they are terrible and rude.

They had a full staff during morning rush And they were all working. I felt like as soon as I was done ordering everything was ready. that's service. made me happy because I really hate lines and waiting.

This place should only get 1/2 of a star and that's just because it exists. It's filthy on the inside and service is well beyond terrible. 20 minutes for 2 coffees a donut and a chorizo wrap. A cold chorizo wrap at that. This is by far the worst dunkin I have ever been to. Not one person that works here has any sense of urgency and nobody moves faster as the line inside grows out the door and drive through line is out in the street. How can a place with such a basic menu be so terrible. I much more prefer the dunkin in Camden on the black horse pike. Lastly I hope the chorizo is precooked and just reheated to serve otherwise I could be in some trouble if it was raw.

The woman I just had in the drive thru was so ignorant! I pull up to the speaker. Give my name because I had an on the go order and she talked to me like I was stealing a coffee instead of her actually looking for my name! She proceeded to yell at me and say "who told you to come here?!" She talked to me like I was a child and I didn't appreciate it. Not to mention the coffee is absolutely disgusting. Never coming back to this one again.
