“i first tried mexitacos at a friends house who lives in matawan and i thought to myself... this is the bext mexican food i've ever had.now, a few months later, i was ECSTATIC to discover that they opened a location just 10 minutes from my home. everything that we've ordered from here has been fantastic.we always start with the yuca fries, the dipping sauce that comes with it is to die for and they reheat in the air fryer really well. we've tried most of the tacos, my boyfriend loves the steak burritos, and when i'm trying to be healthier i go for the grilled chicken platter and that alone lasts me 2 days. everything from here is amazing, the delivery is quick, and it's hands down my favorite place to order from, like, i order from here at least once a week.“

“Stumbled on kitchen Tex mex when our regular Mexican place wasn’t open yet. How fortunate for us! The food is excellent and fresh and very affordable. The chips are not salty. A variety of tasty salsas. So good we went back 3 times in a week. It will be our new regular place.In those 3 visits there were few people eating. So I hope more customers enjoy this find so they don’t go out of business!“

“We were out shopping and decided to grab lunch before heading home. We had our 8 month old son with us and had asked if we could get him some chicken. The owner said absolutely and even cut it up in small pieces for us. He didn’t charge us for the chicken either which was unbelievably nice. Food was great and our little bud enjoyed his chicken tooo! Thank you!“

“Ordering online for takeout is a little confusing because there aren't really any descriptions of what you're getting. I'll make it easier for you: try the chicken aloha bowl. Grilled chicken, pineapple, peppers, tangy sauce, and rich coconut rice. If you're into sweet/salty/zesty island flavors, this one is a slam dunk.“

“Came in yesterday afternoon to pick up a catering order and the staff were so nice! (It was just rice and beans) but they went the extra mile to make sure the food was made fresh and were very accommodating and friendly. Plus, I always get a good meal here. Thanks Bubbakoos Shrewsbury!“

“Service was fine, seems like staff was newer and learning the ropes which is fine because their attitude was very good. I had the Big Mouth Crispy Chicken Sandwich which was outstanding, super crispy yet juicy and tender on the inside. The sandwich comes with fries which were served hot and tasty. Overall an amazing value at $12.99. I left the restaurant full, my daughter had the same and took half of the meal home since the portion was so large.“

“Not giving 5 stars because I only tried it once. I got some sort of bowl with chicken surf style and it was pretty good. If I go again, I'm not local to the place, I will have better understanding. For first time, to get a quick taco fix, this was good.“

“Went in for lunch after work and the place was rather small but the staff was very accommodating. The food didn't take too long to get prepared, I had Carnitas which were good, but could use a bit more of seasoning when cooking but that's easily fixed with some hot sauce and some salt. Prices are very good for the amount as well. Will definitely come back“
