“so good! They have a ton of jjajang options, and their sweet and sour pork is perfectly balanced. Our usual spot was closed early so we ended up at HBJ, which we ended up liking more!Kid-friendliness: There were kids when we were here, and the place is for all ages as long as you like food :)“
“In 2024, it feels like a Chinese food war has broken out in the food alley of Palpac Koreatown. Invincible Jjambbong is a new company, but both the taste and service were good. For those who like Jjajang with a lot of seasoning and a lot of oil and stir-fried onions, the Gan Jjajang here may have different tastes as it pursues the original taste of Gan Jjajang a little more.“
“Probably the best Chinese takeout in my area. The wings are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Their house special Mei fun is my go to. 2nd choice is orange beef/chicken because it actually tastes like orange! They're BBQ Spare ribs are also a banger.“
“My friend was super excited about this place and loves skewers and recommended to it to us. We were lucky enough to have no wait. I love a restaurant where you can have an experience and it's fun finishing up the cooking process of the skewers how you want it at your own table. We tried both the beef and lamb, I'm not the biggest fan of lamb in general, but I actually did enjoy these lamb skewers, didn't have the overwhelming gamey taste which usually is what I don't like. The beef skewer was pretty good and the seasonings they have are a great flavor boost.Though, the only thing is that this place is quite pricey for not a lot of meat, so though I thought it was good and fun to eat here, probably would only come here, every now and again.“
“Under New Management and for the better. Came once before and it was meh. Last night was the first time I came since new management and everything was spot on. We opted for the Set for 2 - Sweet Sour Pork, Hot noodle soup w/ seafood, & Black-bean Noodles with Pork for $36. TBH it's enough for 3 people and everything was BOMB, especially the Sweet & Sour Pork. Lunch special looks like a good value too so def support them. Show new management some love because they deserve it. Service was good as well :)“
“This BBQ restaurant offers good flavors, though it's not spicy enough for those who prefer their food with a kick. The overall taste leans towards a sweet and spicy blend typical of Korean BBQ. It's a suitable choice for those who aren't fond of spicy food. This BBQ restaurant tastes good but not spicy enough for those who like spicy food. The overall taste tends towards the sweet and spicy taste of Korean barbecue.“
