The space is amazing for study and chill. The food is okay. The customer service is so average. I was here exactly at 8 am and saw the server girl inside made eye contacts but she did not open the door for me. Instead I was waiting outside for 13 minutes with the door locked. Why does the service say it opens at 8 am when it's not?

I have visited twice, coffee and Macha latte quite delicious! Belgogi was very good but their Mozzarella, Pesto sandwich was awful! No taste, one slice tomato, one piece of lettuce, 1 slice of mozzarella and spoonful a tasteless pesto. Probably desserts and coffee are their thing, lunch nope!

The desserts here are amazing!!! We got a pecan brownie, the key lime cake, and a triple chocolate mousse cake, plus a cappuccino and a mocha latte. All this for about $25. Great prices, and the ambiance is quiet and chill on a Saturday late night. Will definitely come back for coffee and treats!!

I went there with the family and baby needs a change of diaper but they don’t have a baby changing table. I ask to the men in charge and he was rude to me. He told me that I can change my baby in the toilet that the place is a cafeteria and they don’t need a changing table There is no necessity to be rude about that.Lack of empathy

We just had the most lovely baby shower ever @ Kudo Society! We wanted an intimate but fun event & this venue hit all the right notes for a lovely afternoon. We had last minutes requests which were honored. Everyone was so sweet and nice. Very accommodating and highly recommended!

We love this cafe, we frequent it from time to time with my family, it is clean and they are very friendly.Whenever we are going to keep my baby in mind and give him a cookie.However, this last time we went to serve a young lady. He wasn't kind at all.She saw my baby and didn't give him the cookie and we said okay, that's okay, maybe they won't do it today and to our surprise another mother arrives with her son and they believe in front of us and our daughter. He gave the boy a cookie. I really feel very bad, I feel described. I think the girl thought I didn't speak English. I hope the owner can read my bitter little experience.

Awesome cafe!EDIT 01/24: I went again today and was charged an ENTIRE EXTRA DOLLAR for oat milk. A gallon of oat milk is barely more expensive than a gallon of regular milk these days, so this is absurd. You’re already overcharging for your coffee, and this is simply unbridled greed. Not even Starbucks rips people off that much for milk alternatives.Really sad to see a cafe try to extort its own customers in such a way. Time to subtract 2 stars from the rating.

Cute and quirky cafe. With ample choice on coffee and bubble tea. Looks like the perfect cafe to work in late at night since they are open till 10.Loved the Xmas theme and the anime walls:)
Kudo just lost a loyal customer.I've been drinking coffee here every day for lunch for three months. I would bring my homemade lunch, buy their coffee sit down and enjoy my lunch.I don't get their food, as it takes them an eternity to make a simple sandwich with zero other customers around, and I only have 30 minutes lunch time. And one only time I ordered a sandwich, they made me wait for 25 minutes for my order, and then brought it with a long hair in it.So I only get coffee.Today as I was enjoying my coffee, an employee approached me amd said, that in their cafe no outside food is allowed. So to serve hair in food is okay, but to enjoy my own homemade lunch with their coffe is not okay.Goodbye Kudo!

The place is amazing! The staff are amazing and they are so friendly and nice! Usually when I go to places I have bad social anxiety and many staff members are either very dry or don't really care but the staff here are amazing and super helpful! The food and boba is also really good and tasty. I will definitely come here more often!
