“This was our first time eating at this restaurant and it was recommended by a friend if my husbands who eats there very often. We were a group time if 10 for a birthday dinner. Everyone selected different dishes not all Hibachi, my daughter and her boyfriend had the Sushi and loved it. The group was very happy with their food and the hibachi chef was very entertaining!! We will definitely be back!“
“Love this place. Go here often and never had a problem. Food is good. Cashier's do their job well (which you would be surprised sometimes in other places) only thing they can work on is being stingy with the sauce, which is why a lot of people go there, because it's good. I offer to pay for extra everytime, so when they don't charge to be kind and I ask for two or three extra I can do without the look. But otherwise great location, I highly recommend“
“**Update 09/07/2022Thanks to the idiot governor murphy, we no longer have plastic bags for takeout food. So now when food, sauces, spices and juices spill, they leak through the paper bag and onto your car seat and your clothes too! Cant wait for holiday shopping with zero bags! Im sure a lot more NJ shoppers will be buying on Amazon instead of buying at our NJ malls.(The paper bag switch is no fault to the manager/owner of Nori. It is 100% fault of our idiot governor.)To the owner/manager of Nori, please bring back plastic bags. As noted in my review, other customers and other reviews, plastic bags are necessary. Food in containers will always spill. No bag means the shopper will just go home and leave the mall instead of shopping. Paper bag means the shopper will spill the food & sauces leaking all over clothes and car. Plastic bags will help because they are waterproof and can hold a lot which allows the shopper to keep shopping without worrying if food and sauces will spill all over them. The happier shoppers are, the longer they will shop, and come back for more food and will want to shop at this mall more often. If you help to do the opposite (paper bags or no bags), the shoppers will not want to stay long or come back to this mall.Side comment... now that it appears as if Master Wok has closed permanently, we now only have 4 choices remaining in the PP Mall.. Nori, Charleys Sandwiches, Nathans(overpriced), and Chickfila. The heart of any mall is its foodcourt. “I am surprised at the bad reviews for this place. Of all the options at the garden state mall food court, this place is one of the few healthy ones, precisely because it is not drenched in heavy, excessively sweet teriyaki sauce or gravy or fried, like the other asian options. Every time i am in this food court, i see a long line for this place- and it's not because it is the cheapest, as people have mistakenly implied here. The food is just cleaner and healthier. A lot of people that work at the mall order from here. Don't compare this place with Sarku, which is like the cheesecake factory option. And they don't use MSG. And I have never gotten sick from undercooked food from this place.“
“Yesterday was our first visit to the Osaka Sushi Restaurant, today is our second visit. We came to the Osaka Sushi restaurant from Las Vegas to New Jersey on a trip. Their business is very good, We saw a lot of peoples eating sushi here when we be there. the owner of a warm reception for us, we came for the first time, gave us a lot of good recommendations, food is very fresh. The service is very good, the atmosphere is very good, we see someone's birthday, we are very happy. We'll be back!“

After my ginger salad, she brought me Tuna Tataki, which was perfectly prepared and had a touch of smokiness. I couldn’t decide between Seared Salmon Sushi or the River Roll, so I ordered both. It was the best decision ever! The salmon was freshly prepared and melted in my mouth. The Spicy Tuna was delicious and had just a touch of kick, which complimented the richness of the fish. All dishes were fresh, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. The service was friendly, helpful, and courteous, by both the server and the chef, who checked on my satisfaction with the meal. “This place was so cozy and lovely, with such tasty food and delightful service! It was so kind of the owner to give us so many free samples with our food! We ordered the (very well priced) sushi combos, which were two special rolls with miso soup (and I got a boba and some kani salad) and it was delicious. The owner also gave us a pot of green tea, veggie gyoza, the house salad, and some blueberries at the end. She came over often to ask how we were doing. We ended up with leftovers because there was so much food. It was also a very cute atmosphere with doodles from the customers all over the walls.
