Had to post an updated review to make it 5 stars because of my experience today! Teoman C. took care of my order and he was not only polite and friendly, but fast, efficient and even stepping out from behind the counter to clean tables and sweep the floor in between customers! He brought the tray of food to me and to the other customers who were eating in. Great experience and fantastic customer service from Teoman!!! As always, the food was outstanding!!! :) Thank you!!!

Creative assortment of burgers, great quality, and fast service aaannd it's halal. Definitely recommend the Cajun fries (vs regular) as it may not be evident on some menus.

Great "bespoke" burger place!!!! You can customize your burger and the result is a delicious, fresh creation!! I like that you can a get salmon burger if you're not feeling beef. *Additional burger patty meat includes chicken (crispy or grilled), falafel, Impossible brand veggie burger, and turkey.* This restaurant offers a variety of toppings and condiments, as well as things like wings....... and for your sweet tooth, milkshakes!!! I was greeted when I walked in and only had to wait a couple of hot minutes which I was more than willing to do for a delightful, made-for-me burger. BurgerIM started in Tel Aviv in 2008, and I learned that the name is Hebrew for "many burgers." Sounds good to me, since I see many burgers in my future here!!! :) The first US location was opened in California in 2016. Despite the checkered past of the corporate franchise, this particular location is being reviewed by me with respect to the fact that it is in fact a franchise and that this location seems to be run well. :) Now back to the food........Looking forward to trying the salmon burger because I'm a seafood nut!! The fries are cute- they look like silver dollar pancakes for the Keebler Elves and are a cross between chips and traditional fries. The combo is relatively affordable and includes fries and a drink. It's really not super expensive considering the quality of what you're receiving. I don't think I could afford to eat here several times a week but it's a great treat to enjoy every now and then if I'm feeling like having a burger. The food is photogenic hahaha!! Tastes even better than it looks though!! Glad I stopped in!! Hi

Their grilled chicken sandwich is the best in the galaxy! It's sooooo good! I felt like I was at a 5-star resort. The staff is super friendly too.

It's not often that a chain restaurant impresses me. It's rarer still when a chain BURGER joint impresses me, but I have to give credit where credit is due and I though BurgerIM hit a home run. My son and I were hungry and we decided to give BurgerIM a try since we'd never been here before and we heard good things. We were happy to see when we walked in that they were allowing dine-in eating so a big bonus there. We quickly reviewed the menu and put in our order...I had the Cowboy burger combo with onion rings, my son had the Angus burger (added bacon) combo with fries and we split a Cookies and Cream shake. The shake was fantastic though a little small for a $4.59...though it was perfect to split since I'm trying not to consume sweets like this very often. Now, the burgers...both of us agreed that they were absolutely delicious. My son said he wouldn't change a thing. I would have liked mine a little less well done, but the taste and flavor were really on point. I also thought, for the price, the patty could have been a little bigger. Almost forgot to mention the fries and onion rings which were also really great. In fact, I'd come back here just for an order of the onion rings. Not only will I come back, but I'm gonna come back with my wife, then with my daughter, then with someone else...and so on, and so on... p.s. the only reason for four stars was they are a little pricey, but it's was worth it.
