If you are going to shop at Whole Foods, an Amazon Prime card is very useful. The card and Amazon app. while allow you to receive discounts and keep you informed of sales items. I shop at Whole Foodsfor specialty items and some fruits and vegetable. Mainly organic fruits that you do not peel like apples, strawberries, blueberries and pears to name a few.
