“Dinner report from Nov 25th. After turkey on Thanksgiving, we needed an Italian meal for our family of four and Vitale's delivered. Serving dinner on the weekend, the deli is transformed into a trattoria courtesy of black linen tablecloths and black screens which hide the refrigerated deli cases from view. The "Spiedini" is a must order from the list of starters. The specials are super - we quite enjoyed chicken and veal dishes - but the fish and shellfish are where the restaurant shines. On this night the lobster ravioli were served with the both shrimp and scallops. The service is both friendly and efficient. Water glasses are kept filled and BYO wine is opened promptly. We will return to this gem of a restaurant!“
“We have been dining at Al Dente since it was Giovanni's for many many years and have always had great meals. Very affordable for the quality of the food. Steve is a great chef and Marlene is a wonderful hostess. Tonight we ordered a piece of Marlene's homemade cheesecake. It truly was homemade and not a Restaurant Depot product. Not to be missed!!! The staff is super friendly and very professional. A must try and see for sure!“
“If you have an expense account, enjoy. Well prepared, and way above average quality and taste. But price is even higher than what you would expect at an airport. Highly recommend the turkey sandwich, but all our entrees were really good.“
“Love this place. We’ve been coming here since we moved to the area 8 years ago. They’ve hosted our first baby shower and my parents birthday party. The food is excellent, I’m partial to the chicken Marsala and chicken francese. They also do a nut free pesto on request which is huge for nut allergy people like myself. The owners and staff are great, and the vibe inside is even better now that they’ve refreshed the place. Go! Bring your family!“
“We stopped in tonight for takeout and we were not disappointed. Having read reviews and heard from friends how busy it can be, we opted to make sure we could get the food we were so excited about. We got the bruschetta, meatballs, smoked ricotta cavetelli and spaghetti carbonara. Everything was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The one thing I'll say is we never got a text letting us know our order was ready but maybe I misunderstood that that was supposed to happen. Both past dishes were flavorful and delicious. The bruschetta was incredible...so much truffle flavor. The meatballs were moist and flavorful. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and efficient. We will 100% be back.“

“I really really really like this place. I ordered penne (a form of pasta) with butter alongside my family, and I love this place very much. The penne is beyond the term exquisite and the butter with it was amazing. I can only say the downside is the physical appearance and even then I like it. It's a little cramped and it's relatively hard to navigate when with a group even though the place is small, but I genuinely love this place very much. Overall on a scale of 1-10, I'm giving this a 9.7 due to the small inconvenience of small size it that's what happens when your located in a strip-mall. Thank you for your service and food!!“

“Whenever I visit family in Parsippany, I pull up Parsippany Best Pizza site on my phone and order food... their website is very user friendly. I am gluten sensitive so I always order the GF, or the Cauliflower pizza is my ? favorite!! I love that you can order any kind of pizza on the GF & Cauliflower pizzas.... no other restaurant does that!! My food is always ready as promised, and a very friendly staff. Keep up the good work!!!“
