Worst experience..not only one time tried multiple times, everytime same treatment. Staff was very rude and they didn’t understand what customers saying and on top they made food worst. I am big fan of Chipotle food but not from this store. My sincere advise try to avoid this store. ????

Ordered 3 steak meal and they were delivered cold as if right out of the refrigerator and some sections appear uncooked. I tried to contact manager or anyone but no one would pick up phone at store (Parsippany, NJ).

Updated review : 2/8/2024We are Hindu strict vegetarian. Ordered veggie bowl and while eating found chicken/meat pieces. How horrible and insensitive. If u have diet restrictions or allergies- Eat at yr own risk cause chipotle don’t careUncooked rice in veggie bowl.Half fried n half raw chips. We had to throw the food.How are they allowed to keep this store open and selling half cooked food.Someone needs to seriously do the quality check.

I have never been so upset leaving a restaurant in my life.I am someone who has eaten at chipotle thousands of times. Literally. I eat at this location often...I walked in and ordered my normal bowl which is just rice beans and double chicken. I asked very nicely "can I have an extra half a scoop of rice please" an employee on the line yelled no I will have to charge you because she already gave you more than two scoops. Again I have had thousands of chipotle bowls and the amount of rice was normal, I just wanted extra. I was rather taken a back and asked if she was serious.. she continued to harass me and I just moved on without my rice. She proceeded to forget to charge me for double chicken which serves that horrible employee right. She just cost this location hundreds of dollars a year in my business.

Besides the face that they constantly mess up my online orders, I went there last night IN PERSON (so they couldn’t mess it up) and got a salad with extra chicken. BAD MOVE. Now I’m extremely sick the next day with most likely food poisoning. Avoid this location you’ll thank me

Most of the staff people is teenager, not trained at all, twice my order messed up in separate visits… no manger or supervisor if you wanna speak to…worst place… kitchen is all dirty…hope they change the staff…
Placed an order an hour back for pick-up, when came home found missing few items and store people are not attending my calls.Not recommend this location.

Be very careful when checking out. The cashier would add a thing or two to your order. If you do manage to identify it, they'll say we can't refund it, so take it anyway. It has happened to me countless times here. I've ended up with 2 sides of guac or chips. So annoying. Pathetic staff. Wish I could give a

Mostly I use this location. Once a month .I buy 5 vegie bowl with white rice. Last saturday I buy 5 veggie bowl . White rice was very fresh just come from back kitchen but rice was not well cooked. My both kids at night complaining stomach pain. Please rice cook well.

This Chipotle location is definitely lacking. More often than not, the portions are small, fajita veggies are empty, rice is undercooked/hard, and staff is hit or miss. And definitely do not order for pickup, because that guarantees small portions and a very high chance your order coming out wrong. It's baffling because other locations never really have these issues.

the bowls you get for pick up are so bad. very stingy with the portions and a lot of mistakes. don't bother coming, it's always a new issue with each orderit's like they send mistakes out and hope customers don't complain. every issue for an order that we brought back, they give us an excuse why it was sent out wrong. like if you know something is going to be wrong, at the least let us know or comp that part of the order.
