“Worth the wait and the hype - usually no wait during quieter hours but be sure to reserve during peak times - the food was delicious and fresh, cooked perfectly with a deliciously famous Capt Loui seasoning - be sure to load up on the seafood for extra flavor in the boil, addd garlic noodles and some homemade lemonade for the full experience “

“First time at this Restaurant and we were greeted right away with a friendly hello. It seems like an average Chinese restaurant. They do make Hibachi style food here as well.We ordered Mumbo sauce wings and Honey/Old Bay sauce wings. They both were delicious! The fried shrimp was breaded and cooked to perfection! The added cocktail and tarter sauces on the side was appeasing to the pallet as well!We also had the fried rice (which contains eggs) and that was ok.The prices on their Menu is very reasonable! You get alot of food for your money. We did have to wait some time for our order and it did start to get a little busy when we were waiting, but all in all, it was worth the wait!Check out Hi Good Stuff in Clifton! It is a MUST try!!We will be returning here again to try their Boil Seafood Bags that they have!???“

“I absolutely love this place! So hard to find New Orleans food in our area, and the po' boys are classic and delicious. Food is always fresh and cooked to order. Great prices, staff is always friendly. They were even kind enough to run and catch my friend after she left her purse in the restaurant! Definitely check this one out.“

“I spent about $140 on take-out for Mother’s Day. After getting home, I realized that my $10 virgin pina colada drink was not in the bag. I called the restaurant to ask if it was included in my order and they confirmed that it was ordered. So I told Carma that I’d come back to pick it up. Upon arrival I jokingly said to the front desk lady that it would be nice to have a second drink for free since they forgot my drink. She went back to get my drink and I heard over the restaurant handheld radio, a woman saying we are not giving him a free drink and he’s gotta pay for it. So you mess up my order and I gotta come back there, and that’s the best you can do. Truly disappointed in this poor disregard of customer service.“

“I tried Jose Tejas because someone suggested it. Being used to TexMex, I wasn't sure if I would like the food, but I did. I got the cheese enchiladas with beans and rice. Not what I'm used to but none the less it was good. The highlight of the meal was actually one of the bartenders, JJ. Best customer service that I have had in many years. As bars become more ordinary and generic, JJ brings back the older days where the bartender has a big influence on the enjoyment of the meal. Keep it up, JJ!“
“Had the catfish poboy at uptown night Market! They told me 15 minutes was done in 15 minutes. It was a large fried catfish filet and it was perfectly crispy. I think the tartar sauce may have needed a little more salt but overall great experience. Reminded me of Louisiana“

“AWESOME food! I love the atmosphere. And I really love the fact that they serve the best falafel in the city.“
