The food is very good but the manager is disrespectful to everyone and speaks badly to her and if you want to ask her about something she ignores you and one day I wanted to eat inside and it was 6:20 and she told me with an attitude that We left because it was closed.

I placed a order to be delivered. The order was wrong. No one answered the phone. The food did not look good and the Cajun rice was horrible. The biscuit was hard and my beverage was not in my order at all. Horrible food. Check your order when it is delivered. I will never order from this location again. A waste of my money.

The woman who helped me was so terrible that someone told her that I wanted to use the cellular bathroom, she said that it couldn't be used very badly and I asked her for plates and napkins to eat with my family, and she said that, that wasn't the case, and I ended up very upset. and my family didn't even want to eat, that's why that lady shouldn't work in customer service.

Need to fix system or programming or register update because it's always a problem or issue when using a coupon or a customer discount from Popeyes app for the location you from. Paterson NJ Popeyes always has a issue an doesn't have any alternative way to honor anything being advertised by the franchise. Hints why they losing traffic. Drive thru takes longer then inside the restaurant because no is staying long enough to order food. Once things are not as it seems and people feel like they wasted there time coming all the way there and things can't be honored we come here and give our experience and then tell others not to spend your money in a place that is pricey for they food yet don't honor deals or service customers to the best. Smh ?‍♀️ I'm a mother of two and it's just not how I was growing up it has gotten worst. People are back to just touching and eating whatever. Soooo not my best visit.

Horrible customer service, Nasty attitude by the manager, cold food, super oily chicken and fries. I asked for more napkins and ketchup she said already inside once got home to check 2 pieces of napkins & 3 packets of ketchup. I almost spent $70 and got cold food couple of napkins and ketchup no other sauces. Please avoid this location at all times. Second time was even worst experience.

Food is good but customer service really bad her name is Luz I have the bad day alway get her very bad attitude with client very bad communications and bad energy that place need to change her front the always she give me what ever she want is I order something she said with not make but is I go to other stores they give to me , what is the difference also I go often to pick up uber order very bad attitude soi will stop going to the place because her I don't wanna to stop going there because the food so good but the best part of the place have to be customer service

Ordered online for pickup and got to the window to find out the gave my order to someone else. Rather then refund me or replace my original order i was told to take it up with customer service online. Manager and worker was very unprofessional. Terrible experience, Will not be going back.
