“I've ordered from here when I lived close.. now I was visiting someone in hospital and had no wallet on me but the owner Carlos and the sweet girl at the counter gave me a monster take home platters of the tastiest BBQ I've had in long time and he just outright gave me the meal without any money truly act of incredible kindness and class... Carlos thank you and God bless you and ur family... much appreciated and will always recommend and eat here forever... thank you my friend“
“I am Dominican from both my family sides and one thing I learned growing up is that everyone cooks with different seasoning. It may not be something you are accustomed too but this restaurant's food tastes very good if you're looking for Dominican food in a pinch. I also love Dominican Potatoe salad, but I always find myself having to add a bit of vinegar, could be I just like the extra bite. My favorite thing to order here is the rice and beans with Pollo Guisado and the purple Potatoe salad. The empanadas are also delicious, but they get sold out by the afternoon.“
“Came back again today. We opted for a more seafood based meal. But we still ordered the standard pork belly and fatty beef. This time around we ordered the Alaskan shrimp (with shrimp roe), snow crab legs, stone crabs... and the famous Spanish red prawns! They definitely didn't disappoint!“
“We had ribs with fries and rice and everything was delicious. Actually, the fries were the best I’ve ver had at a BBQ Place. The owner explained that they are not frozen; they’re freshly cut in the store and the oil is frequently changed; that explains the flavor. The ribs were to die for. We’ll be back!“
“If authentic Mexican tacos is your thing, this place is where to go! Not only were their tacos big in size, delicious and flavorful, but they had 9 different types of sauces to sample with your chips before your meal. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed. Oh and don’t forget to order their fresh guacamole!“
“If you're looking for good size portions of authentic Korean food, this is the place. Found this place on accident, but it was a very happy one. They're platters are full to the brim with a different sides, meat and rice. It's honestly everything you can ask for in a meal. The service was absolutely wonderful, the woman at the register was telling us about which items were the best sellers, and how they were made. She also gave us recommendations on what drinks we should get along side our platters. Out of everything we tried the win for the night was definitely the spicy garlic chicken. Definitely a place I would want to come back to. The only downside is the seating wasn't super great and even if you were eating and you got takeout containers.“
“Sir Rogers, I found your spot behind the legendary Prison which is known all over the world like the on movie Lock Up and many more. It’s now two months ago that I tasted your delicious and heavenly food, it’s true, it’s real and it’s made with the love for food and ingredients. What I truly can say you got the best BBQ from the east to the south and I traveled more than 20 stops through the USA.Thank you for this amazing experience, the Hawaii guy from Germany.Best regardsJesse Vincent Van BurenSee ya next time, stay blessed“
“Hawaii Station is new to our town, and we thought we'd give it a try today and I'm glad we did. When we walked in, we were greeted by the counter person, this is where you place your order, and they bring your meal to your table. My Wife and I ordered from the BBQ Station section of the menu, she ordered the Crispy Coconut Shrimp, and I ordered the BBQ Chicken, both came with 2 scoops of rice and 1 scoop of macaroni salad. The food comes in takeout containers and with plasticware. The servings were generous and the food delicious. We can't wait to work our way through their menu on return.“
“If you don’t here at least once it ur life idk what’s wrong with you. I had the ribs, brisket, cornbread, Mac and cheese, and sweet potato fries. DELECTABLE. DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE. I never write reviews but this one was for the book. Great Job to this restaurant.“
“Great family place for steak. We love the bread and 2 side options. Can't go wrong. Do call ahead seating. Try the ribeye and ribs combo ?Kid-friendliness: My kids got pictures with the mascot. They love this place. Kid options available.“
“This is by far the best Korean BBQ and Hot Pot on the island. The food is great quality, they have multiple tv's and high back booths so you can have semi-privacy. The service is great, we have had different servers each time we been there and all of them were awesome.Vegetarian options: You can choose to order all non meat products for the grill as well as the hot potDietary restrictions: You cook your own food, so you can control what dietary restrictions you may have.Parking: Huge parking lot, may not find a spot right outside the door but, you will always find parking.“
“Typical tasty portuguese barbecue with huge portions. Differently from other places, this one has a liquor license. The place looks like an old diner, very charming. There is parking in the back. Cheap, great for takeout but comfortable for dine-in.“
“(This review is from 2018?...maybe earlier?..so its not a representation of the currently owned one of the same name that i would rate 3½ stars.)We love that Reggianos opened such a friendly restaurant at this location. We live within walking distance which is so nice. The portions never disappoint. The Arugala salad with grilled chicken is huge, fried calamari is really quite good. Good clam pie. Nice portion of zuppe di clams or mussels. The place is a good value, you don't feel like they're trying to rip you off. It can be a bit noisy and loud but in a neighborhoody Italian sort of way so you don't have to feel bored. Beer, wine and 50's music all add to a good time grabbing a bite. They started off with good bread in basket but last year it changed but we usually order at least one pizza so who needs more bread anyway.“
“An amazingly friendly environment with great food and a nice southern BBQ atmosphere. The all-you-can-eat ribs are an addicting, one-of-a-kind staple. Staff is extremely helpful and responsive when you communicate with them. Very rare to find such a personable staff. A+ food! A+ atmosphere! A++ service!“
“Ordered the BBQ ribs and salmon, absolutely delicious. Crispy outside, tender inside for both meals. I'll definitely be going back and would highly recommend. It's a small interior and there is a bit of a wait when crowded but it was well worth it. Excellent meal“
“Food was delicious and portions are great. Only reason for 4 stars is service, the waiter was friendly, but there were issues with food, we asked that no bacon is served for the whole table and when ordering we mentioned again that we didn’t want bacon but the burgers still came with bacon. We waited almost an hour for appetizers to come and right when appetizers came also the mains came after so it wasn’t perfect.Parking: Its the shared parking lot of LongHorn and Olive Garden so it does get busy and at times difficult to find parking spots.“
“I love their fried chicken wings. Koreans know how to fry some chicken boy! Crispy and juicy on the inside. They package them perfectly as to not get soggy and they stay crispy even when reheating them the right way. The soy garlic are my favorite!! Definitely better than Bonchon!!“
“AE Thai and BBQ is my addiction! The staff is friendly and professional. The food is extraordinary! The lunch specials are one of Hazlet's best kept hidden secrets. My favorites are the baby back ribs and wings and THE FRIES!!!! Definitely worth a visit!“
“I was in the mood for some biryani and kabab so badly . My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite. As soon as we walked in they were deep cleaning the kitchen area and I took a look and it was all very very clean . The food was served hot and delicious . The workers also very respectful .The place is small and simple but don’t be fooled their food is very yummy . The biryani was really good .“
“The best Uruguayan style grilled meat in the USA. The friendly and attentive service like the South Americans provide and the quality of the food with the usual preparation care. Meat cooked on a Uruguayan style wood grill in plain sight and at the point of choice. Safety pin.“
“Love this spot! The staff are always super welcoming and friendly. My partner and I usually go to the sister location on Rt 9 in Old Bridge but it is so nice having a Filipino restaurant closer to home. They make everything to order so the food is always nice and fresh. They know us by name at this point and basically know our order by heart, unless we switch it up. Definitely recommend if you want something a little different than the norm around here. They do also have some more standard fare like teriyaki chicken, bbq pork sticks etc. the bubble tea here is great!“
“Amazing! Our first time coming to this location and we got here early enough to avoid the crowd on a Saturday and we are so happy we did that! There is a 2 hour limit, and we ordered more than enough food to fill us in that time frame. We loved the individual hotpot, and everyone got to choose their favorite broth. The best part was cooking our own food the way we like it.Nice ambiance, friendly staff, and the food was fresh and delicious. We will definitely come back!“
“Omg! This is my favorite place in Rahway! The people here are so nice and genuinely feel like they’re happy we’re there. This was the first place I visited when I moved to Rahway and continues to be a good time. 10/10 recommend this place, food, drink, ambience, love this place!“
“I love this place! The amount of food given for the price is fantastic! I have food enough for 2-3 days with one combo platter. The ribs are SO delicious! My favorite combo is the chicken and ribs combo with fries and yellow rice. And the bbq sauce? I wish I had a whole botle of it! Service is great and the people that work here are so nice.“
“A nice korean BBQ restaurant!I haven’t expected for the quality of meat in a AYCE restaurant, but I can feel how much effort the owner paid.Nice beef, also ribeye and sirloin in this price!!Great pork, the pork in America usually have a bad smelling, but the pork here tastes good, even not worse than 흑돼지 in Korea,Also the instine is good, nice marinaded! The pork skin (껍데기) still have the smells, but it should be understood that chef have did a great job already.(하지만 이거는 어쩔 수 없어요, 사장님 최선을 다하겠습니다! 잘 했습니다!)Also chicken and other marinated beef and pork are good (a little bit sweet than a traditional Korean bbq, but Americans must like it!)And of course the kimchi is great, also made by themselves! The owner is a Korean couple~ very nice people ! Nice service! Great experience !But it’s a pity that signboard is not obvious, maybe customers have no idea open or not.每個用心作餐飲的人們都值得被鼓勵及推薦!사장님 장사 대박 나세요!“
“Food is always great and very consistent. Even on Saturday night, it's ready quickly. We get take-out frequently; at least twice a month. It's so good every single time. One thing I appreciate is the quality of the chicken; so often from other restaurants it's tough or fatty which is gross, but this place's chicken is always cooked correctly with no fatty pieces. Lemon chicken is amazing.“
“So I stumbled on this place and decided to try it because I was starving. I must say the gentleman that helped me had excellent customer service skills, was funny, courteous and helpful, the food came out pretty quickly, the environment and was clean but more importantly the food was great. Definitely would recommend it and would be ordering from here more often. The only thing i would change is having Portuguese rolls instead of sliced bread.“
“We used Colonia BBQ to cater our holiday office party. Their helpful staff took care of our needs and wants to make this a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious and everyone loved it. I will definitely be using them again for any catering event in the future.“
“I ordered boneless chicken with spicy garlic and cheesling sauce and the quality overall is very good. It was crispy and fried in fresh clean oil. When I asked the worker for more raddish, she welcomely gave me an extra and asked if I needed anything else. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a Korean- style bbq chicken restaurant.“
“Everyone here is super nice! We love the atmosphere here! The lamb on the grill was the main highlight of our meal! I came here with a friend and they said you have to call ahead to give them a heads up!The skewers here are all really tasty! If you are a fan of goat/lamb meat this place is the place to be! Their noodle broths are really good and filled with flavor! They also have “kong xin tsai” which was delicious and fit well with the meat!Recommend: signature lamb skewers, the full lamb on the grill, lamb noodle broth, and “Kong Xin tsai”!“
“When I lived in Elizabeth I would always go to Valenca that my go to for Portugese food. I know some ppl liked the other place starting with a "A" if you know you know. Okay so I had placed a order with Stephanie's and the doordasher canceled so I received a refund. I still wanted to eat some good a Portugese food so I decided to try Nuno's. I am so glad I did those Ribs were from heaven. And that tossed salad with walnuts and I believe raisins were delicious. The garlic sauce and even the dressing was ?????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I'm going back today for more ribs and salad. HIGHLY RECOMMEND“
“This is my favorite local place for Portuguese BBQ. The food is flavorful and the service is always pleasant. They get very busy, especially around noon, so make sure to call ahead to avoid a wait. This is more of a takeout place and parking can be tricky.“
“This place is fantastic! Went here with my partner for dinner. You honestly need two stomachs to eat a whole plate.Burger patties are handmade/ seasoned fresh, and the short rib fell off the bone. I'd fight someone for that beef bacon mac & cheese. I didn't even know beef bacon was a thing and I like it even better than regular bacon now. It's a small team, so expect some wait time, but it's 100% worth it!“
“Attention African Americans. Momma's Place Soul Food Retaurant of Linden, N.J. is the place to go if you want real SOUL FOOD. This is your southern grandma's soul food. Everything there is delicious. The fried whiting was flaky and luscious, the fried chicken was succulent and juicy, the smothered pork chops were flavorful and tender, the apple pie was (made from scratch) exquisite and the pound cake was truly delectable. And... that corn bread was.... oh so good! The food is first quality and it was freshly prepared. The portions were big and the prices are really good! Everything was seasoned the way we southerners are used to it. The restaurant was clean, (the bathroom was 'bleach' clean), and on top of all this positivity, the service was friendly and attentive. You can't ask for anything more... except for 2 forks... so you can eat faster (laughing). If you want authentic soul food, and you're not going to make it yourself, head over to Momma's Soul Food in Linden, N.J., you will be so happy you did.“
“Nice location with easy parking. Good food, decent service, good music playing in the background. Really enjoyed the spicy squid bibimbap. Impressed by the number of side dishes you’re given. Seems like a good spot for regulars. The folks working are efficient but not too chatty! Now for my standard comments. Interior is pretty clean and seating is good.“
“The best ribs I have ever eaten in my life… I can't go to Perth Amboy without eating my favorite ribs there… and the service is unique and above all personal since it is direct from the owners… I recommend them 100%… change your way of thinking by eat their delicious, fresh and healthy 100% charcoal grills and the best thing is their low prices and the abundance of their dishes...“
