We live within walking distance which is so nice. The portions never disappoint. The Arugala salad with grilled chicken is huge, fried calamari is really quite good. Good clam pie. Nice portion of zuppe di clams or mussels. The place is a good value, you don't feel like they're trying to rip you off. It can be a bit noisy and loud but in a neighborhoody Italian sort of way so you don't have to feel bored. Beer,wine and 50's music all add to a good time grabbing a bite. They started off with good bread in basket but last year it changed but we usually order at least one pizza so who needs more bread anyway.“
“Stop by here for lunch with a friend. Street parking only. It's not difficult for me to find a street meter parking. However, today is Thursday afternoon and I don't think it's a busy time for lunch. Food is decent. I got a lunch special and some barbecue skewers and appetizers. Flavor is good overall. Lunch specials comes with noodles with different meat option, and one meat skewer and one veggie skewer, and a drink; or 3 meats skewers, 2 veggie skewers, rice and a drinkI picked a noodle and 2 skewers. I think the skewers are overcooked slightly. A bit dry to me. But flavor is 7/10.I ordered a spicy beef noodle soup-9/10. I like soup noodle. I ordered a medium spicy one. It's not that spicy to me. The beef is bit dry but the flavor is decent. My friend ordered the shrimp noodle and she said the flavor is good and the shrimp is big and fresh. 8/10Popcorn chicken-8/10Sweet potato fries-10/10Price is fair to me. Recommended you to try this place if you're craving for Chinese barbecue skewers or soup noodles.“
“Okay so 4 of us went tonight. We weren’t crazy about all of us getting our food 20-30 mins apart. But it was because they just started a new ticket / menu system and it was like the 2nd day. With that being said the waiter and another waitress apologized and came over like 3 times. Were soooo friendly and sweet. Offered a free drink and just all in all were so kind. Matt his name was. Super nice guy. The ONLY disappointment was they have ZEROOO desserts. Not a cookie. Not a scoop of ice cream. Nothing. And I don’t kno about yous but after I eat I NEEEEED something sweet or like I can’t go on with my life lol. I’m Hoping they change that !!! I’ll definitely be back. The food was OUTRAGEOUS . I go out to eat a lot. Like ALOT. And the food is usualy decent or even good but the food was RIDICULOUS like I’ll be dreaming about the brisket n pastrami sandwich for days. The Mac n cheese was great. The coleslaw so good and the corn also fantastic. Fries even were good like I really loved It all!“
“Ordered the BBQ ribs and salmon, absolutely delicious. Crispy outside, tender inside for both meals. I'll definitely be going back and would highly recommend. It's a small interior and there is a bit of a wait when crowded but it was well worth it. Excellent meal“
“I absolutely love this place. I have a very bad case of long covid since October 2021 where almost everything smells and tastes rotten or sickly sweet. I am able to eat the hot pot miso ramen soup with a lot of different vegetables, and I can have the chocolate cake/cupcakes. So delicious! I can also eat the white rice and the grilled pineapples. Before finding out that I can have all of this, I was losing a massive amount of weight, thank God for the few things that I can have here, I’m able to maintain my weight now. I just tend to go a bit crazy with what I can eat because I’m so hungry from not really eating the other days. The workers are amazing. The manager, Justin is really nice and very funny. The owner Darin is also very nice. Love the atmosphere and the music, I still can’t eat the other things and the smells from the other foods still bother me but I deal with it just so I can eat what I’m actually enjoying there. Thanks kpot for being the first restaurant where I’m actually eating some things that I can enjoy. Highly recommend this place, especially this location. Twenty stars“
