Invertase Brewing Company Brewery • $
51 Broad St, Phillipsburg

“Had the privilege of having some drinks at Invertase Brewing and it is definitely worth the visit. Great beers, great atmosphere (inside and outside), and incredible staff. Steve the owner is one of the friendliest and most welcoming people I have had the privilege of meeting and cannot wait to come back for another visit!“

Weyerbacher Brewing Company Brewery • $
905 Line St Suite G, Easton

“This place always delivers great beers. They really specialize in the stronger Belgian beers and I've enjoyed there tripels and quads quite a bit over the years. Had their "Emo night" specialty beer last night and it was a very nice showing from them and a nice change of pace. Highly recommended for any craft aficionados, especially those looking for more than the IPA and DIPA that every craft brewery seems to put on tap.“

Great Barn Brewery Brewery • $$
665 Kintner Rd, Kintnersville

“First of all! This is where they brew the beer and live, it is not a brew house! Their brew house is in New Hope! The place in Kintnersville is where you come pickup your order of beer from their website. They definitely weren't open when we drove up the long stone driveway. However the Mrs. came out and explained things to my wife. Their pickup hours were not what Google says their hours are. Also, they do want to have a little weekend hangout place at the barn in Kintnersville, but the Rona has put a halt on that, for now. But they do have good beer and I've even seen their beer at Frankie V's beer distributor in Hellertown! I believe it was the, "Where in the Delaware are we IPA", which is a nice smooth clean IPA that's not too bitter or to weak with flavor! Sorry, no good pics of the barn!“

Birthright Brewing Company Brewery • $$
57 S Main St, Nazareth

“Jess, our hostess, was an exceptional, easy going, and knowledgeable individual. She addressed all our inquiries and provided some great recommendations. My lady and I each had a flight of various beers and they were excellent. We decided to go with the pulled pork chips and they were nothing short than amazing.I am from Texas and I have had some great pulled pork before and the pulled pork on these chips were on par with what I have had in the past. ?My lady had read that they were better known for their artisan pizza however we just weren't that hungry. We will definitely be coming back and we will be sampling their pizzas next time around.“

“I was kind of surprised by this place. Not what I expected but cooler in some ways. The items on the menu had a unique twist to each dish. Whether it be different ingredients or different preparations, each dish has something out of the ordinary and they're good. I don't think most people notice but the back of the bar is a pretty incredible piece of mid century modern design, I can't recall ever seeing such a bar anywhere else. The bar itself is as familiar but as unusual as it's dishes.“

Boser Geist Brewery • $$
1250 Simon Blvd k100, Easton

“Perfect. Delicious.NECESSARY RECENT UPDATE: We went for a walk on the art trail and decided that Böser Geist would be a good idea. It ended up being a great idea. They've got great fries, delicious beverages, and friendly staff. Almost everything went wrong and they made all of it right. Thank you to James for his outstanding customer service and going above and beyond. But the way, try the Kühl IPA, if it's working... delicious!“
