Former employee here from the Covid days. This place is becoming even more horrible, every single time I come here the employees that are teenagers, are always on their phones, are rude and ignore you every time you order and are constantly waiting for your things but they send the orders to the wrong spot in the store. They mess up consistently and don’t care what’s ordered half the time they don’t make it til after you’ve paid and it’s supposed to be done and ready...read full review

This Dunkin is a small shop in a gas station. I was charged for an iced coffee and given a hot one.$.80 overcharge. when I called her on it, she handed me a dollar out of the tip bucket. It made me wonder if this happens frequently and customers don't notice. Most of the business is through the drive in. The inside floor and tables were dirty.

I’m not sure if this store just don’t care about there customers, I love that there hire young kids but I wish they would teach them customer service…. And omg with charging for ice 1.25 for what.. I have 7 different Dunkin cup which one you need so I can save a 1.25. Also don’t tell a customer you just brew coffee and gave them a cold cup…. No donuts on free donuts day how funny…
