Former employee here from the Covid days. This place is becoming even more horrible, every single time I come here the employees that are teenagers, are always on their phones, are rude and ignore you every time you order and are constantly waiting for your things but they send the orders to the wrong spot in the store. They mess up consistently and don’t care what’s ordered half the time they don’t make it til after you’ve paid and it’s supposed to be done and ready to go by the time payment is processed. One time someone ordered before never paid and they tried to get me to pay for it. This is one reason I stopped working there. The management and owner aren’t even doing their jobs properly to keep the place running efficiently. They’re constantly goofing off or on their phones like it’s school and not a job. I don’t understand how this location is even still running sometimes.

Used the drive thru to order a donut & coffee but only had a choice of 3 flavors so skipped the donut. Got to window paid for the coffee & the kid walked away. Almost 2 minutes later someone else walks by the window so I ask for her to hand me me my coffee & she said she has to make it. I didn't have time to wait so I asked for my money back & they refused saying that they do not give refunds. I was told to come back tomorrow when the owner would be there. I was not offered another drink so they stole my money. Never going back and neither should you!

This Dunkin is a small shop in a gas station. I was charged for an iced coffee and given a hot one.$.80 overcharge. when I called her on it, she handed me a dollar out of the tip bucket. It made me wonder if this happens frequently and customers don't notice. Most of the business is through the drive in. The inside floor and tables were dirty.
