“Friendly staff clearly family owned. Great food at great prices. Never had anything there I didn’t like. I love their burgers and for breakfast i usually get a sandwich. All great. Highly recommend. Coffee is usually free in the mornings on some days i believe. Love it.“

“This place is wonderful! I travel to this region often for work and this place has become a staple when I'm in Cherry Hill. The menu has seasonal items so I've been able to try different things on my visits. I've tried the brussel sprouts (delicious) , the Daily Fish at one point was a shrimp and scallops with collards and grits (one of the best meals I've had this year!!) if they have this as an option definitely get it. Pictured is the Cauliflower starter, Spring Scallop Farrotto, carrot cake (so good!), and the Flor de Jamaica drink (it was good but not my favorite) Make a reservation if you plan on arriving after 5pm, but don't let the wait deter you from going.“

“Stopped in for the fish fry and was not disappointed. We were greated by (sorry forgot her name) a very friendly young lady who welcomed us and explained the menu for the night. our food was ordered and delivered in very timely manner. The food was very fresh, hot and extremely tasty. The biscuits were the icing on the cake. Our hostess went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and was extremely pleasant. “Stopped in Fireside Family Resturant around 930 AM on a Monday. Place was about 15% full. The hostess seated me and asked if I wanted anything to drink, and by the time I got settled in my chair, my water and coffee (2.99) arrived. I ordered the Creamed chipped beef on rye toast and hash browns (11.99) from my very pleasant waitress. A very full plate of food arrived fairly quickly. I was a little disappointed with the food. First, the good things, the cream was the perfect taste and consistency over the diced up rye toast, so the toast doesn't get soggy, but there was a serious lack of chipped beef. I literally got 1/3 of the way through before I tasted some meat. Only had a small amount of the potatoes and they were OK. Staff was very attentive in keeping my coffee topped off. Overall a decent meal, except for the lack of chipped beef in the mix.Parking: Parking around the building“

“Attended a Communion party at Filomena's today and it was very nice. I selected the Salmon with Basil Shallot Cream sauce and it was phenomenal. Also had the best mashed potatoes in a long time. Absolutely delicious. The wait staff assigned to our party were absolutely wonderful. So friendly and great service.“

“We had reservations for Friday night dinner and were seated within 2 minutes of arriving. The place was super busy and loud, but a server brought over waters, shortly after us being seated. We ordered the pulled pork, ranch, bacon, and pickle flatbread for the table along with two orders of brisket tacos, a side of brussels, kimchi fried rice, gouda mac and cheese, and a strawberry salad. Everything was amazing. The flatbread came out barely room temperature, but everything else was piping hot. The tacos came in an order of 3 and were very filling. I ended up taking one home with me. The kimchi fried rice was perfectly spicy and the cabbage still had a crunch to it. The gouda mac and cheese had breadcrumbs on top that gave it a nice texture. The dining area was one big, open room with a high ceiling. I think this is part of the reason that it was so loud.. the noise just traveled and echoed. The server told us that Wednesday evenings and lunchtime during the week tends to be a little quieter.“

“I purchased a bone-in ribeye with mashed potatoes and broccoli for take-out. The food was ready when I arrived at the indicated time. The steak was properly cooked (medium rare) and was very tasty. The potatoes and broccoli were very good. I've always enjoyed the atmosphere at this particular restaurant. Service was acceptable and quick, but as it was take-out I feel odd about rating it higher.Parking: Usually slammed at dinner time. People park in the "To-Go" spots when dining in, which is unacceptable.“

We've been getting fancier entrees lately, some pasta, the specials... Whatever we get it's good. They’re generous with the meat, and it’s super cheesy and mouth-wateringly good. The bread deserves a shout-out too: soft, just the right amount, not too bready – perfect to the last bite.It’s named the East-Philly Cheesesteak, and it genuinely tastes like it’s straight out of NJ. Also delicious, for my main course I ordered the salmon with mixed vegetables, rice & salmon. That too was good with generous portions. I had that with a bottle of Coors Light. I had it on draft the last time I was here. Both were equally enjoyable. For desert both times I had their peanut butter pie & a cup of coffee. If I wasn’t addicted to peanut butter, I would had tried another of their delicious desserts. So I heartily recommend this establishment & the tv’s with sports to watch was an added plus. They also provided me with complimentary popcorn when I sat down in their loft on the left as you walk in & seat yourself.“
