The service could use some work but it's not like their rude it just never feels like they want you there. Besides that the food is actually pretty good. Their j*** chicken can be dry sometimes but it's still tasty! Their rice is always really good and the macaroni pie is consistently yummy. The salad is okay but I love the sauce they give you for it. Idk even know what it is but it's really good. Not too salty or sweet, just right!

If I can give them ZERO stars I would! The young lady on the phone was EXTREMELY rude!!! We called to confirm their hours and if they had anymore pasta and she replied "We don't have any food left so I'm not even going to entertain this conversation" than hung up. Individuals like her makes it IMPOSSIBLE to support local Caribbean restaurants. As a Caribbean woman myself, I will always be bias and support other Caribbean restaurants however, this was unacceptable and not called for. I understand everyone have their off days but when you have the opportunity to be the reason behind someone elses smile, than you should take it, especially in this industry. Very disappointed and disgusted.

I would recommend the J*** Chicken salad or the Patties Counter service - was good... Wait time - can be a little long depending on the day and if you didn't call in for your food.. Food - hit the spot.. Overall I would definitely come back to this spot

I have been craving oxtails and this totally hit the spot. The rice and peas were good, the macaroni pie was good and the oxtail were so tender. The portions are a good size for the price. I'm definitely coming back since it's walking distance from my house.

The worst part of this place is there limited hours and they have been know to run out of food. The best part IS the food. I normally do not go for spicy food but I have to tell you, everything I have had from here is just amazing. I would like to try everything on the menu at some point. I am planning to have there food for dinner tonight. Worth the effort to try there offerings.
