“I love a good sub and couldn't wait to give this spot a try. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted. I ordered from a nice young lady, Paige. I ordered the raging bull and the chipotle chicken wrap. It took about 10 minutes. The sandwiches were big and filling. I really enjoyed both sandwiches, especially the ragging bull. I also like the iced tea I drunk. All in all I had a good experience!“

The sandwich bread is perfect (usually my husband is super picky about that) and they’re super generous with the portions. We got the Oreo milkshake too and omg it was so yummy. Try it!! 10/10. We wanted to do a staff lunch for ourselves, but weren't entirely sure what the best approach would be, so I spoke with John and he suggested a few items that were their most popular, which made it so easy.We got the Chipotle Chicken sandwich, Ham & Brie sandwich, Prime Rib sandwich, and the ABLT sandwich-- all of which were incredible. We also ordered an Apple Salad that was otherworldly. The blend of flavors and textures was sublime and we made short work of it.The star of the show, however, was the crookie. Half chocolate chip cookie, half croissant= all delicious. Andres was professional, helpful, kind, and very patient - he offered and delivered every convenience, and the servers were amazing. When they left the place was spotless. “I went to Just Subs to place an order for a gathering involving a large number of people. I had reviewed the menu and had come up with a figure of $300.00, which by my calculations would provide enough subs, salads and sides for all involved. Probably with some left over. Joe the owner and his employee Desire questioned me about the number of people I wished to serve, and at that point told me that I was ordering too much food! Upon Joe's advice, I ordered a menu which came to a final total of $215.00! Everything was delicious, and there was some left over, just as Joe supposed there would be. It was a nice, professional gesture on his part, and a good way to treat a customer.“
“The two gentlemen behind the counter were very pleasant. They have a decent menu selection. For the most part, it does not matter if you get a half or a whole sub because you’re not getting a deal by getting the whole sub. Example: most half subs are $7.99 whereas the whole sub is $15.99. There are a few where the whole sub gives you a $.50 savings. Today I did get a cheesesteak with extra provolone cheese, onions, hot peppers and a special hot sauce that they make. I’m glad I got the extra cheese because it definitely needed that and the condiments that were on there were very good. The meat itself didn’t taste like anything special but it wasn’t bad. It seems all of their cold cuts are Thummann’s which is high-quality. I do believe that the cheesesteak sub needed more meat. The meat itself did not even cover the bread end to end. One one end of the sub there was nothing but the bread by about 1.5” and 2” of nothing at the other end. So about 3.5 inches of the 16 inch sub was just bread. In all reality, I believe you are better off going with a half cheesesteak and double everything so you get a full sandwich with half of the bread. I cannot speak for any other sandwich as this is the first time I was there and the only item that I did purchase, as far as the entrée goes. I did get a small thing of potato salad, which was some store-bought stuff just scooped into little containers that was just meh. My meal of a cheesesteak, small potato salad and a Diet Coke can came to just over $20.“

My family and friends have special dietary requirements and Alfredo's has always been able to accommodate. They use Boar's Head meat and the roast beef has won me over in comparison to sandwich chains. Their chicken, tuna, and egg salads are great too! This is an old school NJ delicatessen. Do not expect upscale, fashionable decor. I felt the need to post because while they are not a 5, they definitely are not a 1.“

“I went here for the first time today. As I was waiting for the sandwiches I got curious about the sausage and peppers and decided to get them. As i asked the gentleman about how to cook them, after telling how to, he went in and got me some warm sauce to cook with. His colleague then gave me a nice warm loaf of bread to eat with it!! All without asking!! Of course the sandwiches went into the refrigerator and the family had a nice meal of sausage and peppers with garlic bread!!! The gratitude for a simple and delicious meal was heartfelt because of the gesture showed by gentlemen!This is old school! Where restaurants and food places don't sell the food but feed you? “I would give 5 stars, but my two visits were completely different. I usually don't come to this store since it's out of my way, but my kids were hungry. My first visit was horrible. The last who served us was the worse. I think she was the manager, I'm not sure, I just remember she wore glasses, had red hair and an accent. The food was horrible, old stale and cold. When I told her about the food, she got a nasty attitude and tried not to give my kids any fresh fries, arguing with me that nothing was wrong with the food. Eventually she gave them fresh fries after I threatened to call corporate on her. And she basically threw the bag of food at my daughter.My second trip there was amazing. It was so good, that my daughter wanted to know the name of the girl who helped for this review. Shantay was simply the best. She took my daughters order with a pleasant smile and everything was perfect. The food was fresh and hot. While we were enjoying the food, Shantay even checked on us to make sure everything was okay. I don't know if she is a manager or not, but she needs to be. She is much better than the other girl. My daughter refuses to eat from there unless Shantay is working, so that's saying something.“
