So happy Gong Cha also exists outside of NYC. Gong Cha is a bubble tea staple - up there with Coco and Kung Fu Tea. They have a great variety of tea, and the bubbles are always on point. This location is inside the Asian market, and is a takeout place. Staff are nice and knowledgeable.

Ordered matcha latte, I asked for no sugar, and the drink came out sweet. I ask them are you sure this is no sugar? Then they said the matcha powder comes with sugar. Shouldn’t this be disclosed to me when I said 0 sugar level? Even Dunkin’ has non-sweetened matcha latte, let alone this is a specialized Asian tea place, and they don’t even have non-sweetened matcha powder? They didn’t even offer refund or replacement after I complained about the sweetness when I asked for 0 sugar, and the ice level was half cup when I asked for little. Expensive yet no customer service nor quality.

I ordered a milk tea with red beans. The flavor is good, a little too sweet for me. I wouldn't go there again because it's too expensive for the size of the drink.Parking: Finding a parking spot right in front of the store around lunch time wasn't easy because it's a busy shopping plaza.

Well they messed up our reservation...had to speak with upper management Johanna who did a WONDERFUL JOB Correcting the situation!!! Koodos to her!!... decent place...breakfast wasn't good...pool decent...kind of small...

Doesn't look like much from my first impression judging by how they stacked their cardboard boxes all over the place. But I like the taste of Gong Cha at other locations, so I decided to try it regardless. I am glad I did. Boba was super delicious. Soft and chewy. And has a great sweet rice flavor. I ordered hot green tea latte. Super hot , burnt my upper lips. Asked for 70% sweetness which was perfect for me as I don't like it too sweet and still can taste the green tea. Great service too.

If you are new to boba beverages (bubble tea), this place can be overwhelming because there are so many options. However, if you are a seasoned boba conesseur then this place is literally heaven. Their boba (black tapioca pearls) are always fresh, never over or under cooked. They are sweetened which is perfect for me because I don't get sugary drinks. But if you like your drinks sugary, the boba could send you into a diabetic attack. My order is always the same: Iced Black Tea (no milk); 30% sugar; light ice; black tapioca pearlsEverytime they make it perfect and it's so refreshing. It's such a treat everytime.

Clean, exceptionally patient staff for those of us who have a hard time navigating our Apps. They are located inside the Asian Food Market.My favorite is the Earl Grey Milk Tea with the 3J's whereas Hubby's is the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea. With my beverage, I can customize the ice amount, sugar level as well as the preferred non-dairy beverage. They offer almond and soy and as per the manager, he stated they will be offering oat milk soon. During these cold days, they also offer hot beverages.They do not offer as many promotions as other boba shops and their reward system is you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at Gong Cha. Their Rewards Program powered by the FiveStar program which now tells me in advance many points I have left in order to earn my next free drink or if I achieved my free beverage, it shows.The staff members are friendly and very efficient. You can do contactless payment and the staff are all wearing masks.
