Just stopped in Jersey Mike’s for a couple sandwiches . What an awesome staff ! Engaging , talking to the kids and making connections that you don’t see anymore in businesses . The sandwiches are always delish , the place is always clean! It’s nice to see employees making connections and convo not just going through the motions. It’s apparent it’s Great management and business model .

I've been a lifelong customer of Jersey Mike's since the 60s. For the first time today, the meat slicer was so full of scraps it was not pleasant. I was the only customer (3:50pm) and there were three men working the counter. After finishing my order, the meat slicer walked next to the counter and just stoodthere, he did not make any attempt to clean the slicing machine.I would think your standards would reflect your product. I've never seen it dirty before, bad advertising!This was the Beach store. My name is Bobbi Torres and I am a Jersey Mike fan.

Staff were amazing! My daughter dropped her sandwich and they made her a new one without blinking an eye. They were helpful with the menu. The place was very clean and the food was good!
The food is always fresh and so are all the meets. The service is excellent in my opinion & then there is others that leave comments that there subs aren't above & they are mistaken. Sandwich had half the filling it has in the off season. Kid behind the counter acted like he wished he were somewhere else. Go to the one on Bridge Ave for consistent service and quality.

I grew up in Ortley Beach, NJ and as a young child I can't even begin to tell you how many times we went to the original Jersey Mike's on Hwy 35 in Point Pleasant NJ to get subs. I have lived in CA now for 23 years and almost 17 years ago I said to my husband and our son "Do you know what would do really well out here? I good sub shop like Jersey Mike's" We have a lot of transplanted people from the NY/NJ/PA area here where I am in So California. Well then an amazing thing happened, we began to see Jersey Mike's pop up around our area. Other sub shops simply cannot compare to the subs that Jersey Mike's makes and their fresh ingredients. I love the rosemary parmesan cheese bread. I like watching our meats being sliced fresh in front of us, not pre-sliced and then placed on the sub. I like that we can determine what we want on our sub as far as lettuce/onion/tomato/oil & vinegar/Mike's Way!. As many times as we eaten or ordered subs from Jersey Mike's we have never gotten a "bad sub". If you like your sub made to order as you watch, Jersey Mike's is the place. Be it their cheesesteaks, cold subs, hot subs, wraps, etc., you won't get a bad sub. Make it the way you like but always make it Mike's Way!
