First time I went there and I loved it! Great selection of bagel and coffee flavors I've never seen anywhere else and the service was so kind, helpful and patient with me. I'll be coming back when I can to try something new with each visit.

ok so the bagels are good but it seems so inefficient. The android app isn't available, the IOS app won't let you order individual bagels. My main issue: if you want just a bagel or two you still have to wait for a long line - there are two lines: to order and to get your food. If you just are getting a plain bagel, you have to wait for the four people in front of you to get their sandwiches before they can hand you the bagel which is right behind the counter.

I love this place! The prices are reasonable, the coffee good, and their vegan cream cheese are delicious!!

I'm an old New Yorker who grew up eating bagels. So, I stick with basic flavors like poppy, seasame and my favorite, whole wheat everything. My go-to order is a healthy egg white, cheese and turkey bacon (see photo). The Nook folks give you thick sandwich with lots of eggs, cheese, and bacon.Lots of coffee options to accompany your sandwich. I recommend the Nook.
Absolutely mind blowing experience! Don’t go here if baked!lol you will want it all!!

Good bagels but too pricey in my opinionOrdered whole wheat everything with Ghost Pepper cream cheese and blueberry bagel with Veg Ranch cream cheese and 1 coffee. Total came to $15+The pricey items were blueberry bagel for $2.50 and adding cream cheese was additional $3.40 on each bagel. That I found as overpricedFood quality was good albeit Whole wheat everything was a little salty. Every bit I took I got salt granules . Ghost pepper cream chees had a nice zing not too spicy but spiced just enough to enjoy itCoffee was also goodNot sure with such high price I would make it a regular place to go to. Definitely next time I go I will probably do a take out of just the bagelsAlso it would be helpful if they clearly list the price of each bagel and associated cost of the cream cheese. Some bagels are $1.50 , some are $2.50 and some specialty are upwards of $3-$4

I went in with my girl friend who is celiac and has trouble finding options at other establishments. We were excited that they offered a small selection of gluten free options (plain or everything). It's not much but it's what we're used too, however I must say the manager offered to use a clean cutting board, clean knife, and even clean the microwave way as to avoid cross contamination from the non-gluten free products. He did this with out being asked and was extremely helpful during the busy rush. We truly appreciated it and will be coming back repeatedly.Dietary restrictions: Only 2 gluten free options but they will ensure their is no cross contamination excellent service.
