First time I went there and I loved it! Great selection of bagel and coffee flavors I've never seen anywhere else and the service was so kind, helpful and patient with me. I'll be coming back when I can to try something new with each visit.
ok so the bagels are good but it seems so inefficient. The android app isn't available, the IOS app won't let you order individual bagels.My main issue: if you want just a bagel or two you still have to wait for a long line - there are two lines: to order and to get your food. If you just are getting a plain bagel, you have to wait for the four people in front of you to get their sandwiches before they can hand you the bagel which is right behind the counter.
