A staple in this area. Always worth the wait. Yes, there is no seating and there is always a long line. And yes, it's cash only. But it is well worth it! The staff is friendly, the store is very quaint. But the ice cream is absolutely one of the best out there. It's the perfect spot to cap off your evening. They close at 10 pm, which is a huge bonus. I never miss a chance to pass by here whenever I'm in Princeton.
This place is truly wonderful. Ignore the negative reviews talking about ice crystals or other nonsense, this is homemade ice cream at its best. The unique flavors are delightful. I tried a lavender vanilla and an earl grey chocolate together and it was incredible. The employees were friendly and fast, and everything went smoothly. I can't wait to go back.
