“The boba was awesome! I got the Hokkaido milk tea, and my friend got torched crème brûlée boba milk tea, and hers looked really good! I tried mine and it was delicious! It tasted a bit like it had some black tea in it and I love black tea so it made it more delicious for me. The service was great. The employees were kind when we were ordering our drinks, and we got our drinks in about I would say 5-7 mins. The atmosphere was also really great considering at that time it was not as crowded. Also they have seats there where you could sit and drink your boba. We came after dinner on a Thursday so it wasn’t as crazy crowded. If your are looking for some great boba and a good boba tea after dinner, Cozy Tea Loft is the place to go!!“

“I love this place! It's hard to find a bubble tea place that has actual meals, bubble teas, and desserts! And all of them are delicious. Plus, there is a HUGE variety of drinks; something for everyone. For actual food, I definitely recommend the Bulgogi Kaito Cup. It's so delicious!Tere's a lot of seating and free Wi-Fi, making it perfect for remote work or school work. I love to come by and listen to an audiobook while I work on things. The staff are also very friendly and always get your order right! I have only had great experiences here. And finally, the claw machines by the entrance are a super fun bonus.This is my partner and I's go-to when we want to have a bubble tea date.Parking: Shares parking lot with a ShopRite and other small stores. There is plenty of parking on pretty much any day. There are about 4 disabled spots in the direct vicinity of Kaito.Wheelchair accessibility: The main entrance is not a disabled access door, but there are no stairs, a very close curb cut, and close disabled parking. The inside is level with plenty of space to navigate a wheelchair. There are many tables where you can simply park your wheelchair instead of needing to transfer to a sitting chair or a booth. The staff will bring you your food or drinks if you let them know you need help. I have not tried the bathrooms, so maybe call beforehand if you think you will need one.“

This time I got a taro milk tea and they got a taro Vietnamese iced coffee with boba. Everything has always been tasty. I have preferred the drinks that weren’t mine ? so now I am curious to try different things that aren’t typical. The woman that (likely) owns it was very sweet both times. Would like to try their food items sometime.Dietary restrictions: Non dairy options. I am caffeine sensitive and chose drinks that weren’t heavy on the tea.Parking: Three spots in front. Side street with parking.Kid-friendliness: First time a family was there. “Service was friendly and good overall. I have always been a frequent flyer to the Kung Fu Tea kingdom and this location will be no exception. My favorite tea is and always has been the Taro milk tea with grass jelly. They have a few board games and it is an inviting vibe. My adult children get everything from Passion Fruit and Green Tea. Sometimes the slushy type of drinks. It's always pretty good and I believe it is up to par with the Montclair location.“

“I love this place! The drinks start off sweet, but they note that on their menu by asking what level of ADDITIONAL sweetness you want. I usually choose 0% additional sweetness and it's perfect. The owner is really friendly and accommodating.The ambience is classy and clean; and they actually have a good amount of tables while still feeling spacious. It's not super crowded with minimal working space like Akihi. (I spent the day here at BTT working on an essay.) There's only one outlet, but another customer was nice enough to offer to trade seats with me so I got to use it to charge my laptop. I guess that's the only feedback I have — to have extension cords so more people can use the outlets? I brought my own just in case. Thank you Boba Tea Time for the free wifi!The back has a ping pong table and there are boardgames/card games provided, as well. It's nice that the game room is in the back so if people want a quieter space, they can have it towards the front. They also have a photobooth — cute and a fun addition if you want to make memories with friends here. “This place opened after the poke place closed and I'm honestly so glad for it. I no longer need to drive out to Hylan to get Vietnamese food!The staff are amazingly friendly and attentive. The food is fresh and decently sized for the prices, which are pretty good compared to other locations on the island. It's a small shop and most people seem to take out rather than sit in. They also offer rice bowls and bubble tea in addition to noodles and sandwiches!The pho is a bit of a southern style, so it comes with herbs to assemble in your bowl. The beef was a bit tough, but it was probably to avoid people saying it was raw, which is the more traditional way to serve. The chicken pho is also good and made a pretty staying breakfast. The noodles are also decently springy and the broth is always hot.Overall, I hope they do well and I will probably be back some time to satisfy my cravings.“

Placing our order over the phone was a breeze - the woman on the line guided us to select a number of rolls and sashimi and even gave us a few recommendations that ended up being solid picks. There was a wait of around forty minutes for our platters, but the resulting dishes were gorgeous, and most importantly, tasty.The folks here are as nice as can be and while we placed a to-go order, it seems like a postprandial froyo might be a great perk of dining in. As an added plus, there is a sweet $30 discount that is applied to all orders above $150, which is a fantastic deal if you're placing a large order.“

“The Creme Brûlée Milk Tea Frappe is the best bubble tea I’ve had. It’s a must try! Just one of the things you can’t find in any other bubble tea place in the area. Taro drink is white and not purple because they use REAL TARO. Also, they can omit the tea in bubble tea to make the drinks kid-friendly and it still tastes great. They make all of their bubble teas not too sweet even at full sugar level. You can really taste their tea is freshly made. Awesome service too. It’s now our go-to place for bubble tea.“

Do to covid restrictions they still have in place you cant watch them make the ice cream like you used to but you can see the "magic" from a distance. Place looks clean. “The inside of this place is gorgeous. I love that it's open until late, but it is always busy, so keep that in mind. I have tried the Brown Sugar Brulee drink, and it's beautiful, but a bit too sweet for me so I cap in at about 50% sugar. I also enjoy their taro, which I add boba to and keep at a 100%.Parking: There is street parking that is sometimes limited which becomes free on most days after 6 pm.“

“Well first off I’d like to say that I’ve visited many Chinese service food establishments in my time. And without question Moge Tee is one of the finer ones. The restaurant is very clean and organized as it is a new restaurant in Newark. The food is fresh and delicious. My favorite in particular there is the walnut shrimp, a creamy sauce covered over delicious shrimp. I’m generally not a fan of bubble tea but this place has changed my mind with the awesome Crème Brûlée Boba Tea! Great place to eat!“

This came with different fillings: Pork with Scallion, Chicken with Corn, and Beef with Onion and you can have them steamed or fried. I super recommend getting their add-on of Spicy Minced Pork Chili Oil which really elevates this dish. --Jasmine Boba Tea (customized for my request of zero ice, zero sugar) - pretty good, but the boba was kinda hard. --Crab and Pork Soup Dumplings - Pretty good. These are very likely much better eaten in the restaurant. In general, the filling was slightly too dense and the wrapper was a little too thick compared to the same dish I've had elsewhere. --Bao Chicken - A family fave. This came with 3 pieces of broccoli and was heavy on the chicken which had a light coating and yummy sauce. The portion lasted my kids several meals. With food this good, this spot can take a bao. ;)“

“I love this place!! I moved a few years a go from near the city and couldn't find a good bubble tea place by me. I drive a little over 25 minutes away and totally worth every minute of the drive!! ? ❤️ Their teas are amazing! They have an awesome variety of options if you're not into certain topings/textures and totally have healthier alternatives that's been very helpful to my digestive system (might have even kept me away from the ER from all the stress, in my opinion)! They dont just have the cool fruity sweet drinks (Passion Fruite, Mango, strawberry, lychee, etc.), but I also love their topings (aloe, chia seeds, coffee jelly, etc.)!By far, my favorites are the Jasmine Honey Green Tea with Aloe & Chia seeds, The classic Taro Milk Tea with Boba, Passion Fruit Slushi with Chia seed!! “I love this place. They always have great and fresh food. My favorite has to be the vegetable ramen. It’s so delicious, their chicken wings are flavorful and guns texture is pretty good. I love their bubble tea as well. I order through Uber eats majority of the time, I wonder if I can directly order from this restaurant though. I think I’ll find that out. Today I ordered the matcha green tea bubble tea, usually I order the mango milk bubble tea. They must remember because Uber gave me a complimentary mango bubble tea. “A cute little coffee shop nestled downtown. There's a few tables inside and it's atmospheric. They sell a few pastries and I happened to get the apple turnover which was just sweet enough. I tried the Apple Butter Caramel Latte with oat milk and it was very good. The caramel taste is subtle but flavorful and you get an apple cider taste as the main star. The staff is really nice as well! If you present a student ID you also get 10% off. i almost forgot but they also sell bubble tea here. “I liked this quaint lil ice cream or bubble tea spot in Woodbridge mall. We had some wait for seaquest and while waiting decided to try their waffles with ice cream. “My daughter ordered from Millburn Poke Bowl today for delivery. The food arrived quickly. I had the sushi burrito....what great value for the money. The presentation is attractive; the burrito was packed in a lidded box that almost looked like a gift. It was packed full of vegetables and rice with very generous amounts of spicy and ahi tuna. They added just the right amount of dressing/sauce. I ate half for lunch and half for dinner. I would highly recommend Millburn Poke Bowl if you want delicious, fresh ingredients and a very generous amount of them.“

“When I arrived this place had just opened and it was cold inside. , I made an order, the order was ready very quickly within five minutes, I ordered soup ? beef pho, the soup was not traditional but tasty, brought in a plastic disposable plate, the spoon was also small and plastic and it was not very convenient to eat it, I don’t know why they use this plastic usually the soup is served in traditional Vietnamese ceramic plates, and the spoon is also traditional, I like their spoons ? and here the plastic was not comfortable to eat because of this. wanted to change dishes… pho soup tasted like 5 stars delicious real… sprouted beans were fresh.. who likes real traditional pho you need to visit this place… inside is clean comfortable and cozy.. recommend to everyone . only one minus is this plastic dish ?Good was great! “This is on the second floor located inside the mall. Right before the main entrance to the food court. I love that they use real fruits in there smoothies. Was greeted right away and ordered my drink. Drink was made pretty fast as I was the only one there. I'm so happy they have a location here in the island. They are a Toronto based company and they do have some locations on jersey but this is so much closer for me. Also you get a good amount for the price you pay. I paid about $9 for this large mango smoothie. Can't wait to try there other drinks!“

“Good, quick service. Easy to understand menu and ordering unlike other bubble tea places. They are more reasonably priced than other bubble tea places which can be upwards in $12-$15 per cup. My medium hot taro with black pearls came out to about $6.xx. My sis-in-law's medium passion green tea with coconut jelly was also around $6.xx.I recommend getting zero sugar with any taro drink or anything with pearls or jelly as they are already sweet as is unless you just love sugary drinks.“

There's a LOT of brown sugar on the bottom of the cup if you order that boba or any boba with any added sugar or flavor, so make sure to mix well or you'll be getting a lot of that flavor at the bottom and it won't taste good! It takes about 2 - 4 minutes for it to be stirred or shaken enough for your boba to be mixed.“
