I have known Austin, the owner, since he was one-week old. He has taken his father's know-how and his own experience to a new level of home cooked Italian fare into a busy corner of Ramsey. Pizzas are amazing, thin, Neapolitan, amazingly fresh ingredients. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. You can bring your own from next door for an even better dining experience. I highly recommend the mussels.

Easiest review ever... there is better Italian around the area. The food is fine here but you can go somewhere else and get better food for the same price. Everything was underwhelming. No problems with the food honestly but this place tastes like it'd be good italian for Kansas, not NJ! Go to Andres or Mezze Luna if you want GOOD Italian. Go to La Gondola or Kinchleys if you want GREAT pizza.

I have celiac disease and get gluten-free pizza from here quite often for take out; yesterday I got some and I happened to be there when the pizza guy put it in the oven, I watched him use the same wooden pizza peel that he just put a regular floured pizza in the oven with and then put my pizzas in the oven, he also used the same peel to take it out they use the same pizza cutters as well, no regard for cross contamination. I won't be back.

Favale's is one of my all time favorite restaurants. Everything on the menu is delicious. My absolute favorite is the massive homemade fried mozzarella! Nothing beats their chicken parm (must get it with vodka sauce) it is a huge mouth watering portion of both chicken and pasta. Their Penne vodka pizza is also a home run. Their service is also top notch. If they're busy, give them your phone number and walk next door for a quick drink at Brady's. They will text you as soon as your table is ready!

I had gotten a personal pie from them a while back and absolutely loved it for lunch. This time, I got a take out order but got a little thrown off that my large pizza was in a bag instead of a box. I know that's how it's done, and I'll be mindful in the future to specify that any takeout pizzas should be in a box. Mine got cold by the time I got home (and it's about a 5-7 min drive for me). Overall, it was a solid pizza, and folks should definitely check it out.
