Hoping this review finds its why to the owner. Love Sal's however I know things everywhere are getting tough but please if you have to charge more for a pie please do so but please stop makeing the pies thinner and smaller like every other place around. It was the one thing that made us switch to you a while back. Thank you.
This place is great if you're looking for a no-frills plain pie. I can't comment on the other pies, but the plain cheese was very good: the sauce was none too sweet (which, as we all know, can ruin even the best pie), the cheese wasn't overbearing, and the crust had just the right amount of chew. The buffalo wings were also good.

Very friendly service, but not a lot of foot traffic on a Sunday evening makes me a little nervous about overall quality. Pizza was decent though not the best in Bergen county by any stretch. Pasta was just plain with a glob of red sauce plopped on top. My kid spit out the meatballs, a food which he generally loves, but ate the pizza and pasta.
