We intended to sit down and enjoy some coffee but the atmosphere was ruined when an employee or manager decided to crank up the volume on some hard core acid rock. It sounded like demons screaming into a microphone.. Poor taste and judgment just a few days from Christmas.
TLDR; On Saturday, I went to Ridgewood Coffee Company, sat in a cushion that was SATURATED IN URINE that soaked and ruined my clothes. When I reported this to the staff, they did not seem phased or upset, but instead removed the cushion and I didn't even see them clean the chair or themselves before returning to work.
