Ordered delivery through Door dash and the store accepted my orderc charged my card and confirmed a driver. The dasher went to pick it up and the store was closed. They screwed us both.

I had a really great experience. They were cleaning up and the gentleman with curly hair and glasses I wasn’t able to catch his name went out of his way to make me a milkshake. I really appreciated the above and beyond service and I hope that the managers that see this will compensate him for his efforts.Thanks again !!

These places are so hard to find! Usually they are only in malls. I was craving this recently, so we went to the Rockaway mall! Very confusing to get in, especially during covid.... There were 2 ladies working there, and maybe it was a tad bit noisy, but they missed parts of my order! Luckily I was not charged for it, so.... Their stall was very clean, but the seating area in the food court was not. I ordered 2 churros, side of dipping icing, 2 regular cinnamon rolls, 1 frozen iced coffee cinnabon flavor, and an order of minis. They missed the churros and dipping icing. I was then encouraged to move down to the pickup side, missing my reciept! But I did some quick math, and although I got what I paid for, I did not receive everything that I ordered. We found a table, and enjoyed the minis. Table was very dirty, idk why people don't clean up after themselves... There were also many people just sitting at tables, not eating.... This is not cinnabons fault, the mall should encourage people to go elsewhere if they aren't eating... I ate the cinnamon rolls the next day and they were great as always! All in all, if you are there, its worth it, dont make trip if you are not there.

I asked for Oreos cookies and cream shake and she told me we are closing at 6 but it was only 5:15pm when I ordered so I insisted then she made it with an attitude without smiling or saying thank you rather instead I said thank you for considering my request and even then she didn’t say thank you !
