These places are so hard to find! Usually they are only in malls. I was craving this recently, so we went to the Rockaway mall! Very confusing to get in, especially during covid.... There were 2 ladies working there, and maybe it was a tad bit noisy, but they missed parts of my order! Luckily I was not charged for it, so.... Very good food but very pathetic service and rude too! I asked for Oreos cookies and cream shake and she told me we are closing at 6 but it was only 5:15pm when I ordered so I insisted then she made it with an attitude without smiling or saying thank you rather instead I said thank you for considering my request and even then she didn’t say thank you !

I had a really great experience. They were cleaning up and the gentleman with curly hair and glasses I wasn’t able to catch his name went out of his way to make me a milkshake.
