Not time efficient they have it set up that you have to type your order on a kiosk when you walk in even though someone is at a register ,ppl don’t feel like working anymore?? the kiosk creates a huge line and it also doesn’t have all options for your order then you waste more time trying to fix it SMH I decided to treat myself to morning coffee before work today and it set the mood for my day = awful and made me late for work.... customer service is bad bad too not helpful...read full review
