It’s my third day in a row ordering a cold brew coffee and I’ve been given regular iced coffee which isn’t as strong and is typically more expensive. It’s ironic that this month they’re running the $3 cold brew offer, I get coffee at least 3X a week I know the difference between a cold brew and a regular coffee and at this point idc about the money, I’ll pay full price I just want to be given what I’m ordering. Pulled through the drive-through not expecting much. Ordered 2 strawberry Coolatas. Was not told the price or had it confirmed by the person requesting my card. They gave me my card back and 2 straws without a word. The blonde guy came over to the window with the drinks in hand and called out to a coworker asking if i had been given straws.
