“for months i have been getting their spicy chicken shawarma sandwich and it hits EVERY time. the spice is perfect, the chicken is grilled nicely, and the hummus gives it creaminess. at first i asked for no cucumber and tomato but i grew to like it because it just completes the sandwich. its a sandwich that keeps getting better as you eat it.i also LOVE the workers there, ive ordered from there so many times that they all remembered my order, and they greet me so kindly. i hope they know how much i appreciate them.i havent mentioned any of their other items in this review because the sandwich is my main order, but ive also had boba tea from this place before and let me say, hummus grill is the OG boba place. they were the first spot in the mall to have boba and i love their flavor options, they keep it simple and dont overwhelm you with tons of options.i always recommend this place to my friends, i never stop talking about their sandwich and i am so serious“
“We had a great dinner here before the show at Mayo.Their complimentary pita was soft and warm and served with cute butter candle and hummus full of olive flavor. We had to stop ourselves from filling up before entrees. The octopus appetizer came with really fine mash potatoes and capers. For entrees, we’ve got Paidakia (grilled lamb chop) and grilled Lavraki (sea bass). I was pleasantly surprised by the braided fish, wow! We loved everything here! No wonder their reviews are so good! If we weren’t so full, we would have ordered desserts; they looked so good on the table next to us.The decor was beautiful, mostly white and accent with the Greek blue. The wait staff was friendly. “It's a small and neat restaurant with a homey feel. I went with my family on my birthday. The chicken kebab, mixed grill and fatoush salad was amazing. “I had tried many Turkish places around the area, but Elmas was by far one of the best. The food was absolutely amazing. We really loved the taste. The staff were extremely friendly. We were there for iftar during Ramadan and they brought out our orders right on time. They also accommodated for prayer space. Overall, this is a great Turkish restaurant and we highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to try the place. This will be our goto Turkish place moving forward!“
“The food was absolutely amazing. The ambiance was delightful and the service was great. We ordered the lobster bisque and French onion soup as apps and it was the best we have ever had in our lives. Creamy, decadent, and flavorful without being overbearing. Our entrees were the mushroom risotto and the seafood sensebastion and these were also incredible and nice portions for the price. All in all it was a wonderful night and dinner. We will definitely be back.“

“Great small, quant place in town for Mediterranean food. We came for an earlier dinner at 5:30 on a Saturday and we were the only table. There were a number of people coming in to pick up takeout and delivery orders though. We started with the lentil soup and then I had the Chicken Kabob entree and my wife had the Mahi Mahi entry. We both really enjoyed our meals. The portion size was perfect and everything had great flavor. The staff was really friendly. We will definitely be back.“

“This was our first time dining at Barka. We were not disappointed. I easily give it 5/5 stars!! Tony was our server and he was fabulous. He was pleasant and very accommodating with all our requests. The cocktails and wine were great. There were 6 of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed our more than substantial apps. The lobster bisque was delicious as were the beet salad, Shephards salad and clams casino. My daughter and DIL shared the Paella for two. It was enough for 4! They loved it. I had grilled lobster which I requested to be removed from the shell and I loved it ! My husband had the delicious Halibut, my son had Ravioli stuffed with lobster and crabmeat and my son in law had the Osso Bucco. We all loved our dinners. This is surely a special occasion restaurant as it is truly fine dining and pricey, but well worth it!! We will be back!!“
“Nice place for quick lunch or for a dinner with a views. We sat by the bay windows for lunch and got great views of the busy street. Food was freshly made and perfectly balanced healthy tasty food. Sweet potatoes fries were hot and crispy. Falafel was really nicely fired and crispy too.“
