The staff is awesome. They get the food out consistently and quickly.My son loves coming here for the Mac and cheese, but it has been soooo loud recently. The music has been. They have speakers above almost every table so you can't avoid it. It's so loud we have to almost yell to talk so then it just gets louder.I asked the manager if they could turn it down, but "it is the corporate volume setting and they can't control it.

Had set up a delivery as I am caring for my Grandmother who has dementia and can be easily distressed.Left instructions on the order to ask the delivery person to leave the package on the back porch and not to knock as this can cause the dog to get a bit loud which upsets grandmother.Panera did a wonderful job at providing delicious food. And SAFELY leaving it on the back porch (on the table not the floor). And adhered to the no knocking request. Which meant doggo was quite. Grandmother wasn't disturbed. Thank you Panera for your delivery persons excellent service. And the great food !

Aweful! They always have only 1 cashier! When you only get 45 min lunch it's next to impossible to order lunch. Every time I go I have to wait in line for over 10 minutes so I stopped going.
