A colleague directed me to Kosher Holy Schnitzel. Normally, I don't expect much from a kosher sandwich shop outside the city. Normally, I just hope it's edible. Quite the opposite for Holy Schnitzel. I ate the signature Holy Sandwhich, kinda like a hoagie and kinda like a poboy, but really, it's own thing. It was scrumptious, I gobbled it all down with a cold soda pop.
