Badly mismanaged. Walked into an empty space as a family with a toddler, waited 55 minutes for our food. 35 minutes into the wait, we began asking what is going on: "A lot of large orders, we are backed up."To the owner, two requests:1) Please tell people ordering in person when there is a long wait - in advance of their order. Especially when small children are involved. Anything else is a lack of respect.2) Get someone who can manage orders, like any other hospitality business, and who is interested in being around people. The lack of attention to us waiting and pathetic attempt at excusing it ("This was all made fresh this morning.") is what sealed the deal that this was going to become a review, despite my stubborn will to support local businesses. Respect has to go both ways.Sadly my stomach has been churning since I ate half of my $50 for 2 people lunch that we, and our toddler waited an hour for. Will update in case it is food poisoning.

I attempted to eat there with my family last Sunday evening and it was the worst experience ever. After placing our food orders which totalled over $100., we waited over 30 minutes and still no food! Finally, he brings out a small order of fries and says the rest is coming soon. I waited another 20 minutes and still nothing! I then told the manager to cancel the order and refund the money. Instead of refunding me the money, he charges me double! What chutzpah!In the meantime, other people arrived and they got their food orders but we did not! We're not only out of the money but also the dinners that we ordered! That's the first and last time ever we went there. Very poor service and very poor management!
