We eat a lot of sushi and have been to dozens of different sushi bars. Ichiban has some of the best rolls we have had in a long time. We shared 5 rolls among 4 people and everyone loved everything. The tempura was excellent, nice and crispy and the fried rice was crazy good. I wish they were closer.
We've been to Ichiban Sushi twice. Fresh tasty edamame and sushi. I really enjoyed the Gentleman's Roll with salmon, tuna, yellowtail, avocado, cucumber wrapped in the green color soy paper. Delicate flavors and beautiful presentation. We tried the vegetable yaki soba and chicken yaki soba this time as well. Both were delicious but could've used a few more veggies. Service is good.
