“When Paterson Ave Deli closed a few years back, I never thought I’d get to eat one of Roy’s cheesesteaks I loved so much again. Luckily for us, we stumbled upon this place today and found our long lost favorite! I couldn’t be more excited to know the chef behind our favorite deli has his own place with an eclectic menu, great prices and a great location. I got the cheesesteak and fries and my girlfriend got the Reuben (a sandwich she’s lamented missing from Paterson Ave Deli for YEARS) - two full satisfying meals for $30. This was such an exciting find, and I cannot wait to come back and try the rib sandwich and general tsos burrito. I hope Mr. Roy’s is here for a long time!”

“This place was fantastic! Over the years I've been here maybe 10 times. I never complain when my friends or family suggest this place to eat for dinner. The waitresses are always a pleasure to deal with. They assist me well when I ask for all my extras and meal modifications. The chef ?‍? in the back is on point. I wish GYRO TOWN long-term success in these challenging economic times

Parking: Paid street parking can be a bit full sometimes, causing me to circle once or twice. I typically never have to walk more than a half a block.”

“I consider myself a bit of a sushi snob. IMO, Domadachi is the area’s best sushi and one of the top 3 in New Jersey. The staff is so friendly and they treat you like family when you’re there. The fish is always fresh and the menu is creative.”

“We were in town from Wisconsin to see Metallica. The day after the concert , we were looking for something good to eat and found Dumpling Dojo. Looking thru the menu , we knew we had to try. AMAZING!! We had one of the best meals we have had in a long time and my husband and I like to eat. We go to a lot of high ends places, but as I said , this place was extraordinary. The staff very friendly and helpful. We had the fried pork belly , tangerine beef , shrimp dumplings, fried shrimp and ramen noodle. And for desert , out of the world raspberry cheese cake wontons with whipped cream and fruit garnish. Nothing was too spicy but so flavorful. Again , you really need to try this place. Thank You !!”

The banana bread is my favorite but All of the different baked goods are to die for! Never had anything but excellent here. “Have ordered a bunch of ice cream cakes for birthdays after having one at a daughter’s friends bday. They have all been delicious! After 36 years of Carvel cakes, we have officially made the switch.

Reasonably priced cakes and haven’t had any issues.

One nitpick: They definitely need to figure out how to write better on the cakes, but there are high school students working there, I blame the curriculum not teaching script for years. So if you are particular about that…just get the cake with no writing. :-)”

“My husband and I have been coming here for lunch and dinner for years. The food is always excellent and service is even better. We had our baby shower here recently as well and it was absolutely incredible. The space is perfect for hosting a private event. It is beautiful on its own so you don’t need to do much to make the space feel special. The food, service, and now the drinks, are always amazing. We highly recommend coming for brunch, lunch or dinner, and most of all hosting a private event. This place is one of the best.”

I don't eat red meat or pork, so I stick to chicken and let me tell you I could eat the chicken kebab and saffron rice every single day of my life I swear!😋 The bread is Persian bread, I can't think of the name, but omg delish! We eat inside atleast twice a week, the restaurant is always clean and spotless, and Ellie is our usual server: she's truly the greatest! Friendly, Efficient and just the sweetest young woman to talk to. All of the young ladies that work there are super sweet. With the world being so crazy and backwards right now, It's really nice to know we have a quiet little spot we can go to enjoy a great meal in such authentic atmosphere!”

“This is a very quaint calm restaurant with relaxing atmosphere. When you walk in you truly feel like you're home. The food is top-notch Thai cuisine, it has a home-cooked feel to it. So far we've been here a few times and had delivery a few times and every order we've had has been incredible!
