I’ve been here on multiple occasions and the food is always delicious and fresh. It’s so good, I would compare it to my grandmother’s cooking. The gentleman who’s typically the waiter is very nice and recommends the best dishes. The staff in general is very welcoming. I read through the reviews and have this to say: if you don’t understand true Mexican cuisine, culture and ambience, go to this restaurant and find out for yourself. It’s an experience, it’s something Rutherford needed, and it will be my new favorite spot. Taste is subjective but it’s clear some people don’t understand the hard work and effort that goes behind making this place possible. Keep up the good work Nacho Libre team! You gained a loyal customer.

Nacho Libre is hands down the best taco joint in town. Their Birria tacos are packed with flavor and are a must-try. Even my wife, who's from South Carolina, says it's the closest thing to authentic she has tatsed in New Jersey. Don't miss out on the best spot. Oh! and also they greet you with a huge smile when you walk-in and there customer service is top notch!

This is your place for authentic Mexican food. They do not shy away from real seasoning and the result is full and complex flavor in their meats and sauces. Even their tortillas taste freshly homemade (they might be!). The place is small with kitschy decor and I love it! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. One cold winter night I dared to have a soup and it was so perfect I almost cried! Do not miss.

This was my second visit to the establishment, and the experience was as positive as the first. I ordered a carne asada burrito and an Elote. The burrito was substantial and satisfying, although I would have preferred a more generous serving of chips or none at all. The Elote was delicious, but it is advisable to allow it to cool slightly before consuming.Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted cordially and directed to a table. Menus were provided, and we were informed that orders should be placed at the cashier, where drinks could also be obtained.The decor of the establishment is noteworthy, featuring a luchador theme. Spanish music was played at an appropriate volume, creating a pleasant ambiance.I intend to return to sample additional dishes from the menu.

Food was absolutely delicious, well priced, and quick service. My business colleague and I both tried the birria burrito and it was absolutely delicious. Nothing about it I would change whatsoever. You are coming here for simple Mexican street food, done well. You will not be disappointed.

So delicious muy rico, lo recomiendo 10/10 me falta probar mas cosas. Definitivamente voy a volver!Update 03/09: I don't think the seats have changed, and they're still pretty uncomfortable. But I did notice that their Torta has changed a lot. They've added more ingredients, and it's still good.
