“It's my first time coming to EJ's Tap house for a surprise bday get together for my boyfriend's Uncle Mimmy's 60th Birthday Party. My first impression was meeting Uncle Mimmy, he's so polite, nice & funny as hell, he's a nice person to be around. As a matter of fact, I met Amanda George's cousin, who is also so so nice, & Maryellen George's Auntie, she's also so sweet. Everyone in George's family is so so nice, polite and friendly; & also welcoming too. Anyways, when you go into EJ's Tap House, it's a nice bar area with a nice seating area to drink beers, or alcoholic beverages, non alcoholic beverages too & also play pool too. “We were at Seaside Friday night and took time to walk the boardwalk to see which spot had the best vibes for the night. I was thrilled to hear some 00s R&B blasting out of Spicy’s and knew this was where we had to eat. This is my favorite spot during the summer and it’s refreshing to know they try to keep the party going during the off season. Mary is the sweetest and made us feel welcome. Our food was served at the bar hot, fresh, and really quickly. I was happy with the drink selection. And of course, the DJ really made the vibes. I look forward to visiting Spicy’s again - hopefully before Summer starts!“

“Simply incredible! My bf and I have been wanting to go here since hearing about it and I definitely wish we had gone sooner because it was delicious. We had the chicken empanadas, papas rellenas, and birria eggrolls for appetizers all of which were great! The magic green sauce was so good I would put it on anything. We shared the picanha and shrimp for dinner and every single thing on the plate was amazing. The fresh salsa and chimichurri sauce were the freshest and best I've ever tasted and you could cut the meat with a fork. The yucca fries were also such a nice touch! We loved the rice and beans served with the shrimp as well. Perhaps the best part of the evening was the amazing service from Eric and his wait staff. Our server was so sweet and attentive despite having several tables to tend to. We were so touched by Eric's story and inspiration for Heights 167 and all of that came through in the food. My bf and I agreed that the picanha may have been the best meal we've ever had. Eric, we wish you the absolute best and cannot wait to come back and try everything on your menu because we know it will be delicious!“

“If you’re looking for the world’s best crumb cake, Mueller’s Bakery has it and a lot more! Old school bakery with some of the best tasting pastries you’ll ever have. And if you’re gluten intolerant, well Mueller’s is your gluten-free nirvana. I’ve never seen so many options. Words do not do this place justice—go try it for yourself. Just go early and get a number when you come in because there will be a line, but it is so worth the wait!“

“Came here for a quick, Sunday homestyle breakfast and was not disappointed at all. The atmosphere is unique, to say the least, but also gives a lot to start conversations amongst the table. Serving portions were superb and food was very tasty. I have seen other comments and reviews that were very negative and nasty, but everybody can have a bad day once in a while. They were complaining on the service and owner/waiter being rude and yelling. I've seen more positive ratings than negative ones. While not everybody has the same humor, people can definitely be some Debbie downers. All in all, we had a nice experience and enjoyed the food. Ihop who?? Lol will def be back!!!“

I was in awe of its beauty and perfection. Perfectly toasted bagel, creamy cashew cheese, tender and smoky coconut bacon, and a runny scrambled vegan egg. Whoever hand crafted this sandwich was an artist, a visionary, a seer. As I gazed upon what felt like the secret to the universe, I realized even the onions were placed in a sacred geometrical pattern. The tomato perfectly centered. I stopped to consider the beauty of a meal so expertly crafted. These ingredients were pure, whole, minimally processed, if barely at all. “We came here on a Saturday night with a reservation for a group of 6. You enter through the pizza shop to get to the dining room and were promptly seated. Our server was excellent! She was very polite, friendly, did not mind repeating herself and was very patient with the elderly members of our group. The food was delicious, the portions were huge and everyone enjoyed their selection. Found a new gem with great prices plus BYOB. Only downside is the dining room gets a little loud. But we will definitely go back!“

I sent a picture of a possible design and they did an amazing job. fast forward to this year and the twins are going to cele rate birthday #2 while we are in Point Pleasant. so, of course I reached out to the Country Bakery. “I say with the utmost confidence that Barons is the best bagel place in NJ and I live 45 minutes away from both locations. We usually go to Point Pleasant but stop in Brick sometimes as well. The breakfast sandwiches are HUGE (as pictured). Their cream cheese is also super fresh and you get a ton. Sometimes we get one bagel on the side and we make 2 bagels w cream cheese out of it.
