Panera is always my go-to spot for lunch or hanging out with friends, and this was my first visit to the Shrewsbury location. I opted for my usual favorite, the Green Goddess Cobb salad, which never disappoints! While I tried their green tea for the first time, I found it okay, but it had a noticeable honey taste that I'm unsure about since I prefer adding my own honey. The service was actually wonderful. The young lady who served us was engaging, helpful etc. The issue is the quality of the food. It's not as wholesome these days. Also the portions are smaller (esp the soup) and even the bowls and plates are cheap plastic and not the ceramic ones I remember.

While the cashier was very nice and helpful, the portion size of food was very little. The bowl of soup is more like a cup of soup. Very small BBQ chicken inside the sandwich. Will not return.
