“Small local diner with fantastic food. We had breakfast, eggs Benedict for her, eggs, scrapple and hash browns for me and we split a Belgian waffle...More food than we could comfortably stuff down!The waffle was really, really good. Crispy exterior, light, fluffy and creamy center.The Benedict was done to perfection, perfect.The scrapple, I asked for it deep-fried, was perfectly crispy on the outside, eggs over-easy had no running whites...Lots of great photos on the walls! A friendly little hole-in-the-wall that I would definitely hit again!We were in the area and wanted some breakfast, just stopped in and we're glad we did.Thanks Gary!“
“We are seniors, Philly foodies, and new to living seasonally here all year round. And I'm a retired chef. The cafe style, all day breakfast/lunch menu is varied, the food was fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and the service friendly and efficient. I had the (really) grilled (really fresh) chicken (breast meat) Caesar sandwich and my husband the burger Florentine. He asked for medium rare. It wasn't, but it was pink. We shared the tasty, crunchy sweet potato fries and finished them off. I had lemonade w/o corn syrup and they kindly checked the label for me to make sure it was. We'll be back. Often.“
“We found Brittany's Place while searching for breakfast in Ventnor. We liked this tiny cafe. It was full, but luckily we were able to get a table. This is a place that you go by yourself or with a small group of no more than 4 because you're packed in like sardines. The food was decent although nothing too memorable. They need a specialty item. That being said, it was fast and the service was great. I would go back.Parking: Unfortunately they don't have a parking lot. You have to find street parking that may have meters in some areas.“

“A friend recommended Uncle Bill's Pancake House in Ocean City, NJ for breakfast. I had never been there but he insisted that we try it. Needless to say, I've never had pancakes that good, ever! Their coffee was equally as good. The waitress was fantastic and checked back several times and even had the entire menu memorized. Trust me, I tried giving her a few numbers, and she nailed everything listed at those numbers without hesitation. If you are in Ocean City, NJ, go check out Uncle Bill's Pancake House. “While there was a wait on a busy Sunday morning, it was to be expected with the restaurant being short-staffed according to posted signs. Once we were seated our waitress, Maria was quick and perfectly attentive. Our drinks were out quickly, and our order taken as soon as were we ready. For being short-staffed our food came up amazingly quick and it was absolutely done perfectly. Best omelet I've had at any IHOP I've been to before. Maria checked back and was quick to grab me a few needed items. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. Every employee we encountered were friendly, even in the chaos of a busy Sunday morning they ran smoothly. I'd definitely visit my local IHOP more if they were run as well as this one was!“
