“I'm finally back to write a review and Google is acting up. The service is wonderful and friendly.We had a little wait that gave us time to shop at HomeGoods and a homemade laundry detergent store.The variety of French toast is amazing.... you can also get the same toppings on pancake's .I highly recommend any of the coffee drinks.My daughter and I shared the loaded potato's with cheesy yumminess! They came cold at first,for some reason I think the kitchen is far from the dinning area. They have a little coffee bar area that's adorable if you're just catching up with a friend for a quick drink (non alcohol) I would definitely recommend this place. We really had a good breakfast -dessert and I had a chance to spend time with my kids while on break.“
“Went this past Sunday and ordered the chicken and pancakes. I was helped by a server named A’Monica and she was the best! Very fast and attentive and checked up on me often and when I got my food made sure I was ok. Restaurant was clean, meal was good, no complaints from me! I hope to get served by that lady again.“
“It's hard to know where to start with this homey, wonderful breakfast and lunch spot! My family discovered Patti's when we bought our beach house 6 years ago in Chadwick Beach. Patti's makes incredible food, has a great atmosphere, has the most wonderful staff, and all in all is our NUMBER 1 place to go to eat at the beach! If we are down for a day or a week, we eat breakfast there every day. We never get tired of it because there's always something great to eat waiting just down the block. We depend on Patti's and I don't know what we'd do without it! Actually, last year we had to do without it because it was closed for maybe 5 months during a major renovation. We were forced to try other places, and nothing even came close to measuring up to Patti's. Thank you - everyone at Patti's- for being the great people you are and for being in our neighborhood. Our lives are truly enhanced just because of your restaurant!“

“Try the blueberry pancakes BECAUSE they are more than just regular pancakes with lonely blueberries on top. If you are a fool for French Toast GO HERE because their selections will make you wanna bury your face in the plate. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was great. Their lunches are as good as their breakfasts!The prices are unbelievable! And sandwiches come with soup or fries. (Get their soups, incredible and all homemade.) they have an extensive list of daily specials all under $13.95 (including the soup.Huge menu. Their meatballs and gravy are homemade, so is their coleslaw and tartar sauce. Service is great. “Very good breakfast. Hit the spot. Went around 10:30 place was full but was able to get a seat pretty quickly. I had a belly buster omelet and my mother had eggs over easy with a ham steak. We both had coffee. Hers was nice mine was hot. Our bill was roughly 10 dollars cheaper than most of the breakfast places we go to, only catch is CASH ONLY - but super worth it.“
