“"Flame Kabeb House is a hidden gem! Their shawarmas are out of this world, packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere makes you feel like you're in the Middle East. Best kabeb house in the area, hands down! ??"“

“The food is really good, well portioned, and fairly priced.I ordered:1. Vegetable Samosas. They are very large in size, but they are very tasty and served with mint chutney. The chutney is fresh w/ a hint of spice.2. Lamb Gyro.Very tender and flavorful. I would definitely order again.3. Vegetable Kachalou. The potato filling is delicious. My complaints are that the outer part of the deep fried shell was a bit overcooked and that it is deep fried.4. Falafel, although deep fried, is light and fresh. Has a very nice flavor.Pros:1. They have no problem giving you extra sauces on the side, and they are delicious.2. Good portions and fair prices.3. Nice selection of desserts4. I am looking forward to trying more of their food.“

“They serve absolutely delicious lamb dish ❤️ Lamb Do Pyaza, Grilled Lamb, Lamb Korma, Lamb Kaboli Rice yum! The portions are decent for the price. Went there twice on Spring 2021 and last night, but seems like they put more Tahini in their Baba Ganoush lately because it’s got much creamier texture and less of eggplant taste than we had last year :/ Decent outdoor sitting in their backyard on warm days, the upstairs sitting room is a unique for us non Afghans, they have place for customers sitting sections (Afghan style) and they provide tables and chairs too incase you’d like to sit and dine there. Definitely would visit ‘em again!“

“What an unexpected, pleasant dining experience. We had the experience of a meal that is a true delight. The pleasures that Silk Road provides are many: the elegant dining rooms, the attentive service, and the wonderful food, the attention to detail, and the friendly atmosphere all come together to delight the customer. We had been out on a dreary day, one of many such days lately. My wife suggested we go to Silk Road, that it would be a treat on such a somber afternoon. An excellent choice! We were promptly seated for lunch. No sooner than we were seated our server had a carafe of water on the table. The decor has been done with care, cloth napkins speak to the pride Silk Road takes in its image. We placed our order. We were immediately served Afghan salad and Lentil soup. The salad was loaded with fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, the lentil soup delicious (and I dislike lentils!). Two pieces of Afghan Bread were served shortly after, piping hot and delicious. We were told the bread is baked fresh in house. We could have been satisfied with these first offerings, which were offered with our entree. My wife had the Large Mantu, which are steamed dumplings filled with minced beef, chives, and afghan spices, garnished with dill yogurt. She shared some with me: delicious! I had Banjan, an eggplant dish redolent with Afghan spices. Both entrées came with Naringe Palaw, a rice with orange and saffron, an intriguing combination of flavors. My wife, who doesn't particularly like eggplant, loved my dish almost as much as I did. A true gustatory delight. The owner spent some time with us, his pride in his restaurant and his cuisine evident, his desire to provide a warm and friendly atmosphere makes for a great dining experience. Do yourself a favor: venture forth to Silk Road. You'll be pleased you did.“

“Not sure which cuisine it is but tastes good. If you eat spicy food then you may not like this place. I tried their khorma and qabuli, which was really tasty and comes with huge portion, complementary bread and butter and salad. You cannot find food at such a reasonable price. Highly recommend.“
