“This is an awesome vegan and gluten free bakery. They have croissants, cheese cakes, donuts, cupcakes, lasagna , foccacia, brownies and cookies and much more. The service is friendly and they have ingredient lists for all items in case you're concerned with allergens. The cake pops were a hit with my daughters.“

“This is locate in Lotte supermarket in the food court all the way to the left when you enter. Plenty of parking out front for the store. You order donuts at the counter and the service is super fast. I got the ube mochi donut and it was pretty good! Love the chewy texture and ube flavor. They also have super interesting breaded hot dog and/or mozzarella stick options (like Cheetos, ramen, or potato!). Will definitely need to come back to try those.“

“I finally made it here before they closed for the day. It's a tiny little shop with several varieties of donuts. We bought an assortment of donuts home. They tasted like old school donuts which is a good thing. The jelly donut wasn't just a tiny squirt of jelly in the middle. The powdered sugar donut covered our shirts in sugar. It was the perfect combo of donuts we have been trying to find for quite a while. The man that owns the store was so nice too. We called to see when they closed and he offered to stay open for 10 more minutes so we could buy donuts before he closed. We are the donuts so fast we forgot to take pictures.“

“This was my first time visiting Duck Donut's so the person at the register welcomed me, spent lots of time going through the menu, asking questions about my preferences, and making recommendations. He was so kind and helpful (Receipt says his name is S_King)! My donuts were prepared quickly and they were so fresh and delicious. I really love the maple glaze and highly recommend any donut that comes with it.“

“Some of if not the best chain donuts, there glazed donuts feel iconic and there plenty of options of you like sweets my getting a hot fresh original glazed is very different and hard to describe there kind of squishier and chewier but in a good way, my only real complaints are the rotational specialty Donuts sometimes they're really good and I would like them again but they're only there for a limited time, and the price but I suppose you're paying for quality.Parking: It's located inside of one of the parking lots for the Staten Island Mall so there parking is ample.“

“I love this place very much. It's easy to walk to and there is always something to drink. The prices are wonderful. Everything is very inexpensive compared to Starbucks. I love the gluten free brownies. I have an allergy and normally I can't eat anything here but now I have delicious brownies. I hope they will add more gluten free items to the menu.“

The prices are very reasonable and the service quality is good as well. The only thing I wish they had a wider space to accommodate some seating, so I could sit and enjoy my meal. Additionally, although the coffee is flavorful, it tends to be a bit cold for those who prefer it hot.“

So I called this Dunkin and spoke to Amy. I did a redelivery for my initial order. Amy called me to tell me she was putting an extra drink and hashbrowns in my order and apologized for the inconvenience caused.I thought this was a real kind gesture and excellent customer service on her part.
