Upon arriving the server was friendly and accommodating (we asked for a high chair and a space away from everyone). The buffet does not include any beverage. We got one glass of tap water which was never refilled. The food arrived quickly, and there were many options to choose from...however I took the breading off the shrimp tempura to give some to my kid and it was covered in feces, meaning it was not cleaned properly. I told the server, who sent another server to our table to tell us it was safe to eat the sushi shrimp because they're different. did not apologize and when I asked for different sushi rolls instead of the shrimp rolls in front of me she walked away and never came back. So basically they told me they don't care about the preparation of shellfish which can cause very serious illnesses. Then we asked for dessert and were told we can only have ONE thing, regardless of the fact that it was on the AYCE menu. So out of all the options, we were only allowed one piece from the entire menu. one measly piece of mochi, and she dropped the check with it. I had better expectations because other locations have been wonderful. This location however? I will never return, and I will not recommend anyone due to the terrible service and irresponsible preparation of shellfish. The least they could have done was offer a new dish instead of trying to manipulate me into eating it to avoid waste.

Very underwhelming sushi. None of the rolls had any taste. Although it’s all you can eat, the “servers” never brought out another form for us to make additional orders. Party of 3, we left a cash tip, with the card for payment, paid, & although the cash was gone, the server chased us out of the restaurant to tell us that tip was not included in the bill, and that we need to tip. tried to tell her the cash we placed with the cards was already taken and she continued to argue. Very unprofessional.

I had the galbi and it was burnt completely. It felt like the chef or whoever was making this simple cuisine got rushed to get it cooked entirely. The galbi also was salty when it should've been sweet yet

The best option it’s all you can eat ($27.5 week days) all the dishes are incredible, especially the crab sushi ? perfect friends or family spot, you can bring your own wine and no one has problem with that. All the staff are so friendly and they want to make you feel important and special.
