“I am pretty partial about my Chinese food, and most places are terrible. In NY I hit like 40 places before I found the 1 that was leagues past everyone else. This is decently close to us, and has a good street vibe and an even better one inside. My wife orders, and I go pick it up. They are pretty friendly. Last time I was there as a guy walked in, hey Phil, your bill is $27 tonight before he said anything or the door closing behind him. That is a great sign that they know their customers and they have so many repeats. I sadly have not found something that really excites me on the menu yet, but I do live their Chinese Pizza / Scallion Pancake, Pizza Egg Rolls which have cheese and gravy (sauce) inside. Their Donuts are pretty amazing as well. Lomeins are pretty solid! Chicken is good, its just not the standard that I am looking for. I am probably shooting too high for the area lol! I have tried a few of their entrees, but nothing really wows me. I have had a few of their dishes and they are all decent. We tried a few other restaurants in the area, and most were worse than here. My wife and FiL really enjoy this place! Inside is your typical middle high end Chinese restaurant with the dark aesthetic. Typical adornments with the smiling cat with the waving paw etc. I did not check it out too much, usually I run in, pay and run out, but one day I would like to come sit here for a meal, once I find what I want haha!!!“

There is a neat patio area with rocking chairs, but all the seating is located inside the diner.Upon entering the diner, you will begin to see the transition into the old school diner look as if you are travelling through time in a sense. The diner is clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are a bit small, but this is probably not the reason why you're here. We ate here around noon, and found that the service was great. Literally the entire staff was approachable and incredibly friendly. Our waiter was outstanding and knowledgeable of the menu items; he was on point with taking our orders and delivered accordingly.As mentioned previously, the menu items fused traditional diner items (breakfast, sandwiches, and burgers) and explores a bit of other cultural items. The food was great (I know I'm being vague here, but I assure you that you will be delighted with the portions and flavor in your meal). “My wife and I moved out to Lumberton over 20 years ago and never visited the Red Lion Inn. Our first time was in November of last year, and we were very impressed with the food and service. Now, we try to eat there at least once a month, depending on our schedule. The food is fantastic and filling. You don't get small portions. If you haven't been there, stop torturing yourself and go. It will be your new favorite.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu, but the portions are so generous that your little ones can have some of your spaghetti and meatballs.“

“We went for Cinco de Mayo and they had a limited menu for this day. The food was excellent, Everybody was really friendly. The only downside was even though there seem to be a huge staff on hand service was extremely slow. We were there two hours. All things considered that was minor because we had an excellent time and the food was fantastic. We will definitely be back.“

“ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Couldn't figure out what kept drawing me back to this hidden gem until I realized they use the BEST Jersey Tomatoes in their perfect sauce (gravy). The dough is baked to a golden brown, semi crunchy goodness that pairs with the cheese like a match made in heaven. The service is ALWAYS great and never a wait. Looks super-clean every time I go and easy parking as well. The best tomato/pizza pie is there and the only place I'll go even though it's 20 miles out of the way. “My brother and his wife recommended this spot for my Fiancé and I to meet them due to them having seltzers for her. It's a decently spacious brewery with a fair amount of seating spread throughout. The brewery tanks and area are in the rear of the building and viewable through large windows, which was a very nice tough. I also enjoyed browsing their logo merch. We mostly had the place to ourselves, as we were there around 530pm and they apparently do live music because a band began setting up as we were finishing up around 7pm. The staff was very friendly and courteous and the woman who waited on us at the bar was great. I wish I remembered her name. She even let me know they have a military discount after asking if I was military when asked how long they had been open because it had been quite a few years since I was last in the area. She also took a few pictures of my Fiancé and I in front of their logo and of course they turned out perfect. My fiancé loved her leche seltzer and talked about it the rest of our visit and said more than once she wants to return the next time we are in town. I settled on the winter warmer and enjoyed it very much. I supper my Fiancé's request to return so you'll be seeing us again!“

“Best pizza and wings in the area. The people who run the place are extremely nice. They remember me and my family whenever we go in there and always take really good care of us. We have made the pizza a Sunday lunch tradition for the kids and they look forward to it every week. I tried their wings and it ruined all other wings for me. Get the mild wings and tell me they are not the best wings in SJ. I used to go to another renowned SJ establishment for their wings and I paid an arm and a leg. “I was looking for pizza to be delivered and this place fit the bill. The person on the phone who took my order was polite. The cheese pie was delivered fast and piping hot. I always judge a pizza place by the sauce. (I am not a fan of sweet tomato sauce) Their sauce was just right. The proportion of sauce to cheese is also very good! All in all it was very good pie and it hit the spot. I would order again from here.“
