“If your last trip to Flavortown was to Vincentown Diner, you would be delightfully surprised at the meal you would receive here. So go ahead and add that to the list. Growing up in Jersey, I feel that Vincentown Diner definitely raves as one of the better local diners that I have been to. I mean, don't take my word for it - you can always look to a much better known and more qualified person than myself, i.e. Guy Fieiri.Not an expert in diner cuisine and experiences by any means, I feel that Vincentown Diner does a great job in keeping with the times - the modernization of their image and menu is apparent. Sure, there is definitely the train of thought that sticking with the basics is the right way of doing things. However, I argue that in an industry and culture where stagnation may result in downfall, Vincentown Diner does a great job at maintaining the basics while exploring menu items that bridges the gap to other tastes and experiences. As such, Vincentown Diner is truly unique.From the moment you arrive, you will find that the Vincentown Diner does not subscribe to the typical brick-and-mortar, 70s/80s diner appearance. The design of the building is incredibly sleek, with clean lines and appearance. It does a great job at catching one's attention as it sits upon the intersection. You may even mistake it as a fine dining venue, until you see the word "diner" on it. There is a neat patio area with rocking chairs, but all the seating is located inside the diner.Upon entering the diner, you will begin to see the transition into the old school diner look as if you are travelling through time in a sense. The diner is clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are a bit small, but this is probably not the reason why you're here. We ate here around noon, and found that the service was great. Literally the entire staff was approachable and incredibly friendly. Our waiter was outstanding and knowledgeable of the menu items; he was on point with taking our orders and delivered accordingly.As mentioned previously, the menu items fused traditional diner items (breakfast, sandwiches, and burgers) and explores a bit of other cultural items. The food was great (I know I'm being vague here, but I assure you that you will be delighted with the portions and flavor in your meal). I'm looking forward to coming back again, and trying out their burgers.If you're working on Fort Dix, whether that be during the weekday or weekend, I challenge you to make the trip out this way to Vincentown Diner. Trust me, the meal will make your day! “This place is like going in a time machine back to a 50s ice cream stand. They even play 50s music over the loud speaker. The cones are big, like dairy lightsabers you could use to fight a lactose intolerant Darth Vader. I probably shouldn't eat so much sugar now that I'm over 50, but it's so good.“

This is not easily identified on the website or other Google reviews. Overall unique spot with Hardy digs very easy over order but worth a try for sure.“

“I ate here on my last trip to Jersey, and the food was great! To top it off, the portions were even larger! I had the New York Reuben and it did not disappoint. I only finished my fries and half the sandwich before I had to tap out! This was my first time visiting, but I will be back on my next visit to the area!“

“I returned today for a visit after a hiatus of a few years. This is a great place to fly in for breakfast. I had the cheese omelet and was satisfied. My coffee cup was never allowed to go empty. The menu is quite extensive. I plan to return to try other selections. The service was prompt and attentive. The runway is a little beat up for pilots interested in flying in, but it is a minor issue. There is plenty of parking on the ramp.“

“Been wanting to try this place forever and finally made it over the weekend! It was a very excellent meal. We had the Cream of Spinach soup, Truffle Fries, Shrimp Diablo, and the Honey Pecan Chicken topped with cranberry cream sauce. All were excellent. Only minor issue was we realized at the end of the meal they didn’t bring the bread that comes with the shrimp diablo, and my fiance would have liked it for dipping in the amazing shrimp diablo sauce. No biggie really. Food was awesome, quaint little historic building, great atmosphere and service, and the Bloody Mary’s were excellent also! We will be back!“

While waiting we received a complimentary white chocolate chip pumpkin muffin.Only downside, is this is a smallish place and is packed and it can be difficult to hear your conversation over others .Looking forward to another visit soon! “Great service from our server, Carol. Drinks and food was so delicious. We all chose to have food from dinner menu even though we were dining around 2:00. Everything was served nice and hot. Crab cakes with crab soup, vegetables, potatoes and hot bread right out of the oven. Celebrated a birthday which even had others singing too. Chocolate volcano, blueberry cheesecake, all so very tasty. This is definitely one of my favorites to dine.“

“The place does not look like much from the outside, the inside is the a cozy dive bar. Awesome super friendly staff kept our drinks and bellies full. The bar is big and had locals and regulars. They were friendly as well. There are a few high top tables and some seating in a small dining room. The food was surprisingly good. The steamers were in a delicious light garlic sauce. They had a chili special the day we went. The chili was hearty and good. The tony sandwich was great. The roll was super soft but not mushy soft. The taverna pasta was huge. Pasta with chicken,shrimp, scallops and crab in a blush sauce. They have live bands and karaoke and trivia on certain nights. Will definitely return for some of the other menu items that seemed good.“

He went above and beyond to make sure I ordered the things I truly wanted off the new menu and getting me the sauces and dressings I wanted. “Great little pub with even greater food. Kitchen makes some good burgers, and the selection of beer has never disappointed. Usually one of our go-to spots for lunch when we are in the area. “Once a month me and my wife get together with my cousins. I decided to try Dunleavy's. We moved to Lumberton in 2002 and haven't been there once. Boy! Were we missing out! Glad we went. Great food with excellent service and the atmosphere was like us. A little on the loud side. If you're looking for a romantic dinner, this isn't the place. If you're looking for a good time and food to match, this is it. I'm definitely going to go back.“

“It was a Monday, and I was impressed by the number of people coming in for take-out. It was around 3-7 minutes of walk-ins. I like to dine in myself. A nice girl took my order and then served me, which was great! I live 35 minutes away, but it was well worth the trip. I will be back!!“

“*Updated Review* Still loving this place! I wanted to add more pics and once again say how much this bar rules. St. Pattys Day vibes today. The atmosphere is right up my alley. Not too crowded today. Tons of people playing music on the jukebox which definitely is a must when you go to a bar. Can't stress enough how much I love the Garlic Parm sauce!!! I get the tails but you could put this sauce on a chicken cheesesteak or even dunk your tots in it. They should bottle it and sell it. We ordered the pretzels with Honey Mustard and honestly the mustard isn't anything special but the pretzels were hot and soft. I'd recommend making a beer honey mustard instead of using a bottle of store brand. I don't understand why people aren't giving more love to this place. Can we get some more positive reviews people??!! Bar staff and waitress were awesome as always. Get your ass to this place if you haven't yet.“
