Hands down one of the best places I've been to in a long time. And given the fact that my work requires me to travel the country on a regular basis that's saying a lot. Been here about 3-4 times. Review was the same at most visit.Bagel sandwich was good.Customer service needs to be improved. Lady who takes orders was very abrupt and not an effective communicator.....doesn't listen well gets order wrong.Needs to work on cleanliness. Some practices unhygienic. Lady who took orders came in to work, placed her denim jacket on the paper backs that was on a rack. They have the best hand rolled bagels in the area! The bagels are huge and they have a wide variety to choose from! Also love the fresh cream cheese. My favorite is the scallion and the jalapeño!They make phenomenal breakfast sandwiches and burritos too!
