It's surprising to me this specific carvel is still open. The woman who owns it and served me ice cream had to ask multiple times for my order and then got my order wrong. The store is not upkept and not clean. When ringing me up she asked if I had cash and I said no, she then charged my credit card and the receipt i got was for a "custom amount". I called to preorder a Tom the Turkey cake to which the person on the phone told me it would be $55 luckily I had already seen online they are only $25.99 I asked her about this and she denied this was the price so I let her know I would be ordering from another location.

Stopped in for a cup of chocolate soft serve and received exactly that. Frankly, I was shocked that Carvel still exists as most of the stores have gone the way of Tom Carvel, their long-deceased spokesman and founder.
